"Hotel location is very good; next to a good mall, next to public transportation like Monorail, MRT and Commuter train system. Hotel overall is well maintained except for some carpeting. Room is clean and housekeeping is very good and attentive to our needs. Our bed is clean and comfortable. We slept well. Kamal, our housekeeper is excellent! All the hotel staff is friendly, pleasant to deal with, well versed in English, professional and very helpful. We had the buffet breakfast and it can get pretty busy. Breakfast food quality is good and slightly above average. Food variety is large; from Malay, Chinese, Indian to Continental. I would recommend this accommodation and will go back if I were to visit Malaysia next year!"
