"The rooftop pool has an unmatched view of the city and the facilities are very clean. The staff at Riveria Premier Suites was also very friendly and welcoming.
I would recommend staying here to all travelers to Kuala Lumpur as the proximity to Sentral Station makes it a very accessible hotel for visiting other parts of the city. "

I was extremely disappointed with the check-in experience at this hotel. The unit was outsourced to a third-party operator, and when the representative arrived, he had no information about my booking. He appeared to be a random individual asking for my personal details and booking code, which felt very unsafe.
He also requested to take a photo of my passport, which raised even more concerns about privacy and data security. The entire process felt unprofessional and disorganized—more like...
