"We stayed in room 912 and the smoke detector went off all night long, mind you the smoke detector was directly outside our room door. Both an annoyance and safety issue. Our beds were also extremely uncomfortable and quite literally felt like we were just laying on top of plywood. It was also prom weekend there when we arrived so we could not find parking anywhere, and valet was encouraging people to park in handicap that were not - not to mention we were in need of a handicap space. Sunday morning was a nightmare. Apparently they put on Mother’s Day brunch and decided to have the valet line start right in front of our building. We moved our car from the parking lot behind the tennis courts because again no handicap spots available near our room. We parked our car on the fire line to at least be able to bring our bags down, and ended up getting told by valet we couldn’t park there even to bring down bags and ended up getting boxed in by empty cars waiting to be valeted somewhere. It does not sit well with us that we paid for our room, for parking, the resort fees, for all the “amenities” and we’re being treated like we didn’t belong there because brunch tickets were their money maker. It’s a beautiful secluded area but our family decided this will be our second and last stay. This was a second chance after our first was also pretty undesirable(a major safety concern), but unfortunately the way everything was handled leads us to believe this is just how things go here."

"Room was okay. Fridge is very small. We were disappointed that they hit us with $22 per day for parking especially since the signs in the parking lot read "Park at your own risk" and "unsecured parking area". This hotel is not in town where you would expect that fee."

"This place is a hidden gem. The rooms are basic. But super clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the balcony was awesome."

"Beautiful hotel, excellent location! I wish they’d allow the room thermostat to go below 68 degrees for sleeping and the pool would close at 9pm instead of 10pm - a Loud party kept us up till 10:30pm one night. Also, the breakfast quality is poor compared to how nice this hotel is."

"Very clean room with the best hotel can I can remember. Very quiet. Great pool and hot tub area. Restaurant in house was amazing. Close to the beach, just down the street from the hotel. "

"The restaurant food is delicious, the drinks at the bar were delightful, bartenders are tentative, the pool was clean & the suite we stayed in was spacious and clean. Definitely will come again "

"The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly. I traveled with 2 dogs. They had a turf area for them to do their business. The onky issue i had was, you can't leave them in the room alone which is understandable, however when i took them with me to get a breakfast i was told i had to take the dog out unless they were service dogs. So needless to say kinda hard to get breakfast. I did see other people in there with dogs and no one said anything to them. I believe they said something because i asked a question when getting food. Other than that the stay was nice."

"We showed up for our 3pm check in to be told that our room was not going to be ready until 5pm. We had to sit in the lobby for two hours and all they discounted was the $10 parking fee for the weekend. The front desk guy was really nice though so blame put on him. Also, if you’re a shy person when I comes to using the bathroom the suite room that we had had a rolling door that left an inch crack in it. If you’re on the toilet you could be seen by someone on the bed. "
