"The property was stunning, and you felt very cared for. The decor was beautiful and comfortable. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The only thing I did not like was that you could not use the spa even though you were a guest in the hotel. You had to pay a day spa fee or get a service. You should be able to use the steam room and sauna as a guest of the hotel."

"This is such a cute sprawling hotel with multiple buildings in a small complex of buildings! Surrounding the pool and courtyard. The rooms aren't very luxurious but they're comfortable for a family vacation. The front desk was a friendly well oiled machine! The restaurant is a good size to allow for plenty of room. There is nice inside dining options. They hit you with an auto-gratuity for parties of 6 or more... in a hotel? That's obnoxious and not really appropriate given it's not a place people go unless they're staying at the hotel most of the time. How embarrassingly tacky for a Hilton brand to allow that! "

"The property was okay. Our room had a bathroom sink with cracks, a floor that had soft spots and a broken lamp. The place was packed with children at the pool. Not quite what I expected. "

"Hotel itself nice and clean. Staff not the friendliest. Charges were made our room that we did not make. We had one drink Friday night at the bar and paid cash. We were charged $136.41 in Restaurant & Lounge charges and Market Charges that we did not make. We ate out every night in Santa Cruz. The bar was not open on Saturday or Sunday. Trying to resolve this issue has been a nightmare. "
