Nice location a bit far from the boardwalk but it’s not. It’s definitely not walking distance but a good 20 min drive. Theres food and gas and little stores around there’s a Starbucks too. My only gripe is that when we came back from the wedding we went to the parking lot in the front and inside were both full. I ddnt know where to leave the car and it was about 2 am I was exhausted until I found a spot. Other than that great hotel ok location staff is GREAT! The rooms are comfy and big there’s no door on the shower but not too much water comes out of you move the shower head.

This is an ideal place to stay when visiting Santa Cruz. It's 20 minutes away and offers much more than a Santa Cruz hotel. The room was very nice, the bathroom was huge, the staff was kind and courteous, and parking was inexpensive.

We were amazed to find a place like that at such price point. Rooms are very clean and spacious, everything is updated and very comfortable. Vlad, the manager (I think) was extremely nice and helpful. We will definitely stay there again!

Rooms are clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Restaurant hours are inconsistent. Very little around to walk to. Car needed. Property is small, so no walking paths, no pool. Great for a one night or business stay.

My room wasn't ready to check in until 3:20PM. Even after asking for a different room, cheaper or more expensive, the front desk asked me to wait in a lounge where the bar and restaurant was closed even though there were guests staying in the hotel. NO AMENITIES for early risers. Cold coffee from the day before in the lobby. In-room coffee tasted like the wax in the paper cup and there was more decaf than regular caff coffee?? LOUD neighbors all night.

The property is better than it looks in photo. Room and bathroom was big, nice and clean. I was very happy with our stay. Tip: bar at the lobby closes early like 9 or 9:30 so I was a bit disappointed but it's a good thing in many ways when you think about it 😊

Decent place but few things to note …black out shade didn’t work in room, if you book through Expedia you are likely to get an accessible room without wanting it as they prioritize direct book reservations. Parking is sparse and if you don’t have a compact car it will be tough in the garage to get parking. Place and room were clean

Room was clean and well appointed. Only disappointment was at check in, I was given a lesser quality room than booked/paid for. Which I only realized when I got to the room. When I went back to the desk to inquire about the mistake, I was told several guests extended their stay which made the booked suite unavailable. Clearly I was not going to be told ahead of time and they figured I might not notice. They managed to find one suite that was a handicap accessible unit and put me there when I insisted I should get what I booked and paid for. Never should a property put a guest who has not planned their stay properly before another who has booked ahead of time.

We stayed here for 2 nights we came here for the Graduation of my son at UCSC. The property was clean, spacious and beautiful. The Staff needs to be a bit more friendly and communicative of the amenities of the hotel. There is not much to do or grab a bite around the property. Over all we are happy with our stay. Thank you!

The room was clean and quiet. Comfortable bed and pillows. Loved having a small refrigerator with a freezer and a microwave. Check in time was 3p and check out was 11am which was great! The available parking spaces has improved as we were able to find one at 10:30pm unlike previous visits.
