"Lovely hotel in downtown Dunedin. Large and very comfortable room - thoughtfully designed. Staff were extremely helpful. Bar/restaurant is great with good food in lovely atmosphere. Make a reservation as very popular. Would definitely stay again."

Onsite parking was great , as were the small balconies to get a good air flow.
Very handy sort walk to the centre of Dunedin and everything it has to offer.
Easy car access to the Otago peninsular as well.
