"Incredible boutique hotel with the perfect location right next to Buzio's vibrant downtown. The restaurant is phenomenal and the staff are the absolute best; just wonderful service all around. I hope to be back to Villa D'Este as soon as possible. "

"Our AC was broken but they got us into another rook quickly, the breakfast was great, downtown was right near the hotel and had so many options. The people at the hotel are so nice. "

"Hotel esta abandonado, cama desconfortavel, ar condicionado nao funciona, roupa de cama tinha marcas de maquiagem, tive que ir no shopping comprar fronha de travesseiro e toalhas, chuveiro ruim, cafe da manha e pessimo pior que ja vi, de pao dormido, frutas passadas, com suco de pozinho (nao e natural) e nao tinha agua nem suco um dia... Duas coisas boas eh a localizacao pe na areia e o bar da piscina(que estava bem suja)!!!"

"I can not say anything wrong about it really; the staff was friendly breakfast very complete swimming pool with water heated and the breath taking joao frenandes beach is only half a block away... what else do you need for a break"
