"Well located hotel, great property and breakfast!"

"The room is a bit tight for 2 person but it has everything that is needed. The tolietries are great and they provide extra at the lobby counter and I thought it was a great idea to be environmentally friendly-that we get what we need. The bathroom is great. The place is quiet, west of the main shinjuku area but a 5 to 8 mins walk to 2 main metro lines. It is good to return to less crowded place after touring around. The best thing is to have a 7 eleven at the basement"

"No helpful staff. They camharfed me for a night I didn’t stay. I contacted them as my flight was delayed and the time changed but they said no. "

"Keio was a delightful endpoint after a grueling 14 hour flight. Friendly staff, nicely appointed rooms with first class amenities. A 7/11 in the building is open 24 hrs a day and don’t miss out on their egg salad and strawberry cream sandwiches- ( all the reviews were right). The property is located close to the train and subway system and take advantage of them. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!"

"Good accommodation, by Tokyo standards. The Deluxe Single Room was large enough for 2 adults and 2 large suitcases. In case this information is needed, the bed size (“large twin”) is about 1.5 the regular North American twin size, which allowed 2 relatively fit people to get a good night sleep. "
