"Great location. Easy to walk to most shopping and cafes in downtown. The geothermal hot tub was very nice. Although small, it packed a punch of 41c. So 10 min was most i could manage in any session. The hotel offers a grab&go in the morning if your up and out early before the breakfast room opens at 7am. Given the high prices of everything in Iceland, having breakfast included was a major benefit. There is a Starbucks and a barbers attached to the hotel lobby, plus a resturant/ bar. I didn't use these options, but they seemed to be busy. The airport- flybus, will drop you off at stop 9, which is 2 small blocks to walk to the hotel."

"We stayed with this business last year and they were super accommodating. I wanted to stay again this year and while we were unable to be put in the same apartment the one we were in was nice as well. "

"The room was clean, and within walking distance of everything. Late check in was helpful and the front desk was very helpful and we were able to keep our luggage there after check out."

"The room was the perfect size for one person, and had a great view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, including up at the bar. The bar had a great menu too. The spa was well worth paying for. The bed could be more comfortable though, and I wish there was more of a pantry / snack shop on premises. Overall, I would definitely stay at this property again. It’s very conveniently located by bus stop 5 Harpa and 6 Culture House."

"Breakfast was okay. Dinner was great. The room was very warm. For me that’s perfect. For my husband, not so much. The lobby is gorgeous. And the hot water smells like sulfur."

"We’ve stayed here twice, the first time eight years ago. The first time there weee macaroons on a CV piece of black slate in the room when we arrived. Not this time. And last time there was a very big wooden door at the entrance that we liked and that was also missing. That said, those are very minor points. The staff is still very friendly and helpful. The location exceptional. The room was clean and comfortable. We hope to return to Iceland in a few years and we will definitely stay here again."
