"I stayed for one night. When I tried to check in they said the room they had for me did not have a microwave or a refrigerator. I was disappointed. Then he said he has another one but it didn’t have ac. In this Texas heat there’s no way I’d want to stay anywhere with no ac. After waiting a while, trying to get my money back, the guy checked another room and gave me that. It was ok except for the ac leaked a little and it was loud- overpowering the sound of the tv. The tv was not connected to the WiFi to use the apps on it and the sound was very low even with the volume turned all the way up (partly because of the ac being so loud) with it off, you can hear the tv a little better. I had a good nights rest though. I didn’t hear any noise while in my room. Breakfast was a little disappointing but not majorly. I came down at 730am. They served scrambled eggs (that seemed to had been sitting a while and not refreshed) Sausage patties that I couldn’t bite into. Oatmeal, cereal, muffins, toast, make your own waffles, yogurt and apples. A nice selection that made up for the warm items. The ice machines on the 1st and 2nd floor did not work. The hotel was clean. Housekeeping was friendly. Staff was friendly. I’d stay again even with the minor mishaps because of the staff, the location and the cleanliness. I didn’t get a chance to use the amenities. Tip for the staff: refresh the coffee and water in the lobby every few hours (the water looked like it had been sitting way too long)"

"The room was nice, the property was nice, management was nice . It was a Sunday and they said breakfast started at 7:00. I wanted to leave early but decided to wait a bit so I could have breakfast. But at 7:20 the breakfast still wasn’t out so I left disappointed"

"We absolutely love this hotel and stay there several times a year. The staff is fantastic and the hotel is always spotless. Our only complaint on this visit was the hotel was almost sold out with the July 3 festivities that take place in Southlake, as well as World Cup games and there was only 1 working elevator. The line for the one working elevator throughout the day and especially after the fireworks was ridiculous. It was very disappointing that hotel management knew the capactiy and could not get this fixed prior to the weekend. Otherwise everything was fantastic."
