"Very nice quaint property and worth the 2 minute drive from the interstate. Close to everything. "

"I booked a suite via Expedia for this property. When I got there, my room was not a suite. When I spoke to the front desk, they claimed that all of their rooms were suites. When I showed her a picture of what I was expecting (a room with a pull out couch), she still said what I had was a suite (it was a regular room with no couch). She then blamed me for using Expedia. I was charged extra to get what I had already booked. I tried to call the corporate office. They told me to go back to the front desk (I had already tried twice) or complain to Expedia. I had provided the receipt from Expedia that clearly said suite. I told them it was not my responsibility to communicate with Expedia. It was their company's job to make sure that they are communicating adequately with third party vendors that they use like Expedia. I was told a formal complaint was made, but heard nothing else. I don't understand why I was told all rooms were suites (when they clearly were not). Other than this issue, the hotel and the stay were lovely. "

"Hot tub was out of order. A surprise charge of 10.00 a night for each vehicle to park at the hotel. The clerk finally didn't charge us for one vehicle. Breakfast was so, so. Some light switches in our room didn't work correctly. Only one extra blanket but two beds. On the plus side, the pool was so much fun. "

"Worst staff in any hotel I’ve ever been to! My door lock broke and they never fixed it so I had to put a newspaper between the lock and the door. I have dogs, when they hear noise from the hallway they have barked as the door is not secure! Back entry doors are always broken. Now I got a message I have been kicked out because my dogs bark when the hear noise. I have heard dogs bark there as dogs bark. Nothing was offensive what do they expect if door is partially open? "

"The pool was closed for maintenance which was disappointing because I selected this hotel for pool use. The lobby area was welcoming and cozy with the fireplace and the mountainous views were spectacular "
