"Appartamento grande e pulito. Comodo. Fornito di ogni confort. La titolare è gentile e disponibile (al checkout però abbiamo provato a chiamarla per consegnare le chiavi ma non ha risposto nessuno è abbiamo dovuto lasciarle sul bancone della reception chiusa). "If the previous review has not been removed, THIS IS THE REAL ONE: Belvedere is an AMAZING property. We stayed at the Superior Studio which is stunning. With a rear olive grinding stone making the beds headboard. The property is amazing, the staff friendly. Check in is a little different but still easy. This villa is part of additional properties that make up hotels. The main, where you check in (not at Belvedere) has a restaurant that is worth booking a reservation. Pasta was to die for. Great breakfast buffet and just overall an amazing stay. The pool looks stunning to hang and just relax. (not in December when we were here) We just bought a house close by and will be using this property as overflow for any family and friends when our own villa is packed! Book it, don't think about it. Book the Superior Studio and pay the extra, you will not regret it!"

"What a fun way to stay! Glamping tent is very clean, roomy, and in like-new condition. Maybe a bit cold for winter, but has heating. The tent material makes vibrations on a windy night. Has supermarket within campus (good price!) but closes early at 8pm. Restaurant/bar is exceptional. Front desk staff very helpful and friendly. Bus route 14 to central Florence is immediately outside the gate, takes 30+ minutes, and is seldom on schedule. Otherwise, walk 10 minutes to nearby train station and take 10 minutes train to Florence station."

"This hotel is first rate. The staff is sharp and concerned that you are happy. I had a long day and was beat one day, and the staff made me a pick up expresso to energize me. I enjoyed the cocktails in a sitting room near the desk, very stout mohettos. The free parking saved me 30-40 euro everyday. The village center of Fiesole is only a mile away, and has a pharmacy, bars and restaurants of good quality. "

"My Wife & I are American tourists visiting Florence for a friend's wedding at a nearby venue. The JOIVY Together Urban Resort was a wonderful place to be our home base. The front desk staff was very nice and spoke great english. They helped us out with calling taxis and answering all of our questions. The room was very clean and the breakfast was quite delicious! We would definitely stay again."

"An old-style Tuscan country estate with a peaceful atmosphere, attentive service, excellent breakfast.The surroundings are serene and picturesque， perfect for a quiet escape from the city. However, the room next door had poor sound insulation on the night I stayed, which slightly affected my sleep quality. The room and facilities are a bit dated, so travelers who prefer a more modern style may want to confirm their room type in advance."
