"Excellent clean and conveniently located air conditioned hotel with cheerful, helpful staff. As it was our first time to Venice we particularly appreciated being met at the airport and assisted by Francesca. Be aware that in Italy when youโ€™re on the 3rd floor thatโ€™s North American 4th and there is no elevator. Francesca carried our bags up and the daily trips up and down certainly strengthened our legs! Would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Great location in a well maintained older building (as with all of central Venice). Room was a bit small but modern, clean and brightly appointed. Other larger rooms are available. Would definitely recommend. Only minus is that the elevator does not go to the ground floor."

"First day there, no hot water for shower. Had choice to take a shower in another room or pack up everything and take another room. We did the latter which was a big waste of time. Find out they knew of the problem prior day yet they still gave us the room. Location was ideal. Breakfast was first class. Check shower before you unpack."

"Nice rooms. Located very close to the Trian station and why I booked this location. However, the location of the hotel is in a run down area of the city. Lots of homeless. Dirty streets. Didn't feel too safe at night walking around. There is a Chinese restaurant nearby that was fantastic. I would book the location again due to the location right across from the train station. We took that to Venice island and to Florence. Parking is a block away and wasn't really guarded. Be careful walking from that location at night."
