"Our second stay at this hotel — enjoyed it both times. Highly recommend it. Attractive and comfortable room, very helpful and friendly front desk staff — helped me practice my Italian — non-judgmental and also knowledgeable with recommendations and directions. Varied and excellent breakfast options. I really like staying in the Zattere, where there’s enough space to walk along the Giudecca canal and doesn’t feel congested."

"Didn't know there was 2 parts to the property but it made it easier to enter through the Annex rather than the front door all the time. Other than that, inside the hotel was well kept and clean and staff informed me of events happening that week to make sure there is no delays to my departure. Bed was super comfortable and area was quiet. No complaints!"

"The property is just a short walk to St Mark’s square. Perfect room for a solo traveler. Mine had a small step on balcony where I could watch the gondoliers navigate the narrow canal below and hear plentiful church bells as the tourists watched from a small bridge. Not all rooms have it so inquire first. The breakfast you can purchase is plentiful. The bar next door is accessible from the lobby. The water bus stop is a few steps away. The water taxi (90 Euros) will pick you up at a lobby door on the canal. Elevator provided for floors."
