"Lovely room and beautiful facilities. Super courteous and helpful staffs. 4th floor terrace provides gorgeous panoramic view of the surrounding. We spent one evening there sipping wine and enjoying the view. Very convenient location: 2-minute walk to Ponte di Rialto, 5-minute walk to Piazza San Marco. Neighborhood is full of ristorante, trattoria, pizzeria, and enoteca."

"Loved the hotel suite. Being VIP member they gave us an upgrade. Breakfast quality was top class. Only issue was there is no Central AC and even in March room was really hot. Front desk was rude when asked for help. First they denied that room being hot and I had to tell them what the reading says then the guy rudely said we can’t do anything about it and hung up. We opened the windows and it cooled down the room. Guy was not patient enough to give that simple suggestion. But other than that...
