"Was a great hotel until I spoke to the front desk about the private taxi/driver to the Marco Polo airport. They said it was going to be 220 euros and I said I was emailing someone from the hotel a couple days before and it was only 170 euros so was shocked it went up 50 euros. They tried to give an explanation but didn’t make much sense. I ended up paying 195 euros because I needed the service."
