"Huge stains on carpet along with fuzz balls from carpet pilling. Had hotel organize water taxi back to the airport for 5 am, we were told that the desk person would show us how to get to the water taxi, well he spoke no English so we had no water taxi and almost missed our flight to London. The bed was made with the pillows half way down the bed underneath the covers, no toilet paper was available in the middle of the night. I expected more from a 4 star hotel in Venice stay elsewhere where…....
