All the staff were extremely helpful. They made all the transfer arrangements to and from the hotel very easy. Breakfast had good variety and the room was clean and comfortable. The location is also a plus, everywhere was accessible. I will recommend.

My family and I very much enjoyed our 2-night stay while visiting Italy. Alessandro and Marco were incredibly kind and so helpful with recommendations and any questions we had. Really good location - 5 min walk from the main square but not in the middle of the action. The hotel is very nice and the staff are great. The bed wasn’t very comfortable (was clearly two single beds put together) but other than that was great.

friendly informative staff made for a great stay..Room is of a good size although AC not working so we opened the window and was attacked by mosquitoes. apart from that i would highly recommend this lovely hotel.

Excellent staff, especially Marco, who was so helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. The decor in the lobby and rooms is tasteful and charming, and the location is perfect, central to everything, quiet, and with a view of the canal and the Peggy Guggenheim from our room! The room was so great and comfy and nicely done. And we enjoyed the complimentary buffet breakfast every morning. We will absolutely be coming back and staying here again!

The hotel is beautiful and in a quiet area near museums/ art galleries. The room we had was in the attic which was nice but I think the toilet had some plumbing issues so there was a stench when we got in to the room. It only latest a while though. Hotel staff/reception was friendly and helpful.

Very Nice stay

The hotel was very beautiful. The stairs we a bit rough but there was an elevator to most rooms. So unique. Only issue was no hot water the whole first day but they worked hard to fix it and it was by the 2nd day. Concierge was so helpful and breakfast was delicious

Quiet area and a clean hotel to a high standard. However the AC isn’t controlled by individual rooms, our final night was warm and with no AC we had to open the windows resulting in a large number of mosquito bites throughout the night and very little to no sleep which left us feeling disappointed.

The water taxi pulled right up to the pier next to the hotel, so it’s easily accessible. The hotel lighting and aura is beautiful. The staff was so polite. It’s in a very quiet and cozy area, but close enough to the main St Marks Basilica and square. The room was so quiet and beautiful. The shower was great! The breakfast was nice too. The tale was not working when we got there but they did fix it for us when we asked. Overall, I would highly recommend it and would stay here again.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut per Vaporetto zu erreichen. Das Hotel organisiert bei Bedarf ein Meet & Great Transfer vom Bahnhof (150€/2025). Einen Stern Abzug gibt es beim Service, weil der Barkeeper nicht willens war zu bedienen. Ich würde die Unterkunft wieder wählen.
