"Everything was perfect! The staff everywhere on the property were so helpful and accommodating. They all spoke enough English to help us because we don't really speak Spanish. The room and path through the jungle were awesome! Cute little critters that were not intimidated by us at all. Beautiful place. The restaurants were all delicious. Our first all inclusive and it is worth it! Would Definitely go back."

"The staff was pretty good for most of the trip. There was a lot of people getting tours of the resort but we didnt recieve any maybe becuase we didnt upgrade our rooms? We felt lost for about two days becuase we were trying to figure where everything was. The resorts signs for direction as well as the map were not helpful. They didnt have any activities to do during the night, a lot of resorts have a show or a gathering area for an activity during the vening but there was nothing to do other than go to the speak easy or to one of the restaurants that acted as a bar."

"The stuff was very polite and attentive from the butler to the drivers that drive you around the property. Although you have to wait on a ride around the property the wait wasn't very long. The Food was good and they kept the drinks coming. Did get to enjoy the beach much because of the seaweeds but they have plenty of pools you will enjoy."

"I’ve stayed at many resorts in Mexico in the past, but this was by far the best I’ve ever stayed. The amenities were amazing, the pools and beaches were beautiful, the rooms were modern and so clean and the beds were HUGE and so comfortable and the food was simply delicious. 10/10 recommended and will be going back!"

"We absolutely loved this resort. We came for our anniversary & stayed 3 nights 4 days. We were upgraded to preferred status when we arrived so we were moved to the preferred room section, with access to The Grotto restaurant and pool. That was a wonderful surprise & really made the trip for us. The resort is really clean, quiet, and beautiful! The restaurants all had a great selection of food. We didn’t get to try Jasmine unfortunately, it was closed on the day we wanted to go. Italian restaurant was fine but the Bluewater Grill was exceptional & the ambiance was amazing! We loved the passionfruit margaritas w/ tajin rim at the pool bars. Service was great as well. Karaoke night was so fun! Tulum in general was a great airport to fly into & rental car service was easy to navigate as well. Will definitely come back!"
