"I loved the quality of food, way better than all the resorts i have been in Cancun. They are not afraid to invest in food quality. There are many buffets in the resort with good level of toppings. Also the staff is so nice and customer focused. Our room was well maintained. Also the private beach is a great plus. The only thing is to think about AC around the lobby for the check in or check out process when the humidity is so high. Overall great experience"

"Staff were incredible, especially Jose at the Family Suites. He was very understanding of our situation with WestJet strike and did his best to make our stay at the resort as memorable as he could. Food was amazing with lots of choices from all 3 resorts. Highly recommend the Family Suites rooms with swim-up pools. Would go back again!"

"We booked 2 rooms for our family, rooms were spacious, had all the necessities. Food was really good, a little bummed we couldn’t eat at the restaurants that required reservations as there weren’t any available. Overall we had a great time."
