"Overall, we had a great stay. Our room was great and worth the money for the swim out. The staff were friendly however there was not a lot of service pool side. And I thought that the liquor selection was on the lower end even though it said high end. "

"Traveled with husband and 5 year old son. Rooms are remodeled but not done well. After check in we quickly discovered a wasp nest on our patio, staff came out after second call and did nothing but said it was not safe. First night of showers water leaked out of shower door into the common bathroom area and then to bedroom hall. We called and nothing was done. Third night a huge water cockroach was in shower, we called and they showed up 1 hour later with a bottle of raid. Staff was nice. Food was very mediocre, typical for a resort. Don’t count on enjoying beach here, maybe time of year but the tide was very high and many flies/bugs. Two great things - 1. The kids water park, My son truly enjoyed it and staff keeps it clean. 2. The spa, I had the best relaxing massage, well worth the money. "

"This was our 3rd stay here and as always we had a great time. Things were a little different with making reservations for the steakhouse but I'm sure that was because it was SO BUSY! We were able to make it to Galerie de Sens, the steakhouse a few times and the Mexican and Italian restaurants. The Italian restaurant was a little disappointing because we were the 1st ones in there but it took over 45 minutes to get our food and the 3-4parties behind us got all their food, dessert and left before we got ours. The pools are always great, theres plenty to do with my 12 and 5 year old boys. We all had a great time and didn't want to leave The piols are always greatthe breakfast buff"

"Enjoyed our stay at Ocean Coral and Turqueusa. Bartenders at the swim up pool bar were great. Staff was friendly. Our Butler, Elizabeth was amazing. We had stayed here 4 years in a row and have had a wonderful experience."

"It was OK. Lack of engagement, evening entertainment, and activities team which would have encouraged guests to better socialize and enjoy their time away. (Compared to many past stays at other resorts like RIU.) Pools are fine but somewhat dated and would benefit from resurfacing. Service staff in restaurants appeared to simply be putting in their time. They would hear you but not listen to you often resulting in wrong orders being served. (Not a language barrier - simply rushing and not hearing.) Made us feel many did not actually enjoy their employment at this resort. "

"This property is absolutely amazing. This is by far the best food I’ve ever had at an all inclusive. The beach area at the resort is extremely clean and beautiful. The rooms are gorgeous. The access to their parks is a nice touch, but the resort itself is so nice you honestly don’t even need to leave. "
