"Staff are amazing. Resort is clean and organized. Food was great. The beach had the sargassum on most days but the pools are terrific so no need for the beach. All in all it was a great experience!! "

"We loved our stay here. Had never been to an all inclusive and we were really impressed. Everything everywhere so clean. Special touches everyday to our room which was kept up daily. Loved how spacious our room was with well stocked bar and fridge, amazing tub and shower and a beautiful balcony that overlooked the ocean. split time between amazing pools and the beautiful white sand beach laden with ample beach chairs. Also so impressed with how kind and hard working the staff was. Literally everyone from entertainment to desk to dining to cleaning staff always said hello and answered our questions and were genuinely kind and were joking around with us by the end of the trip. Although there are a few restaurant options on site as part of the all inclusive. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet as everyday there were so many rotating options for breakfast lunch and dinner. Freshly prepared so much variety and a little something for literally everyone. we also enjoyed the 24 hr lounge for late nite snacks and early morning coffee as well as the coffee/dessert bar when we would play games in the evening. The resort is also large enough that you can spread out and either join in all the fun activities or find a quiet nook. we partook in several of the activities and exercise Classes and had so much fun as the staff is engaging and full of energy. Finally, loved how multigenerational this location was with older couples down to young families with children. would go again."

"It was my least favorite of the Excellence Resorts. A Lobster House with no lobster. Staff threw away personal belongings. Some staff was rude and left our door wide open after room service."

"I recently stayed at Blue Bay on a solo trip and was invited to a breakfast presentation upon arrival introducing a vacation membership promotion. The sales approach was very high-pressure, with urgency tactics suggesting I would lose the deal if I didn’t sign immediately. Feeling pressured and without enough time to research, I agreed and paid a $1,395 deposit plus monthly payments. The following day, after reviewing the contract and reading outside reviews, I became very uncomfortable with the decision. I realized this was not a good financial choice for me and decided to cancel within the 5-day cancellation window outlined in the agreement, which states a full refund should apply. After canceling, I was informed that deductions would still be made for promotional items received, including a bracelet ($120) it’s a normal bracelet* and gift bag ($149), despite no clear explanation at the time that these would be charged if I canceled. I still have these items and am willing to return them. While the resort itself is beautiful and the staff are kind and professional, this sales experience significantly impacted my vacation and left me feeling stressed and regretful. The lack of transparency, delayed access to membership details, and pressure-based sales tactics were concerning. I am now attempting to resolve the cancellation and obtain a full refund as stated in the contract."

"This is the second time we have been here. It is a beautiful resort. Everyone is super helpful and friendly. Their restaurants have amazing food. It is a quiet resort. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of music at the pool. They only had it during a water workout class. They had it playing at the one pool, but it was so low no one could hear it. If you want a lounge chair by the pool, you do need to get there pretty early, or it's difficult to find one. We really enjoyed the swim out pool connected to our room. But there was a musty smell in our room and surrounding the property. I'm sure it's difficult to get rid of the smell with the swim out pools being right by the room . They did a great job cleaning up the sargasm seaweed along the beach every day. Unfortunately, the last day of our visit it came in so quickly they were unable to keep up with it. Matteo and Roberto were extremely friendly and always had a refill of our favorite drink!"

"We had such a great stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and well taken care of. The food was really good—plenty of options and everything we tried was fresh and flavorful. One of the highlights for us was the kids’ area—it was amazing! The kids had so much fun and didn’t want to leave. It made the whole experience even more enjoyable for our family. Overall, we truly loved our stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for families looking for a fun and relaxing getaway"
