Hands down, the staff is what is unique and what I liked the most about this hotel! From Ahmed who checked us in, to Abdul who helped us to our room, right from the beginning at check-in, we knew we were in good hands. The evening of our second day, we wanted recommendations of nearby restaurants. The Bell Captain and his crew patiently fielded our questions. recommended several restaurants, and gave us useful information on distances, cuisine types, etc. While I do not remember the names of the captain and most of his staff who were helpful throughout our stay, I remember Mohamed Imran. He, like the others, was professional and courteous. Breakfast was very good! Good selections in the buffet.

- Very good location in city centre with access to many places around, easy access to the hotel as well with car park in the basement. - Very comfortable and quiet.- You get nice sleeping there. - Top cleanliness top. - Great facilities altogether. - Staff is very friendly and kind but has serious difficulties to understand simple things. Had a couple of unnecessary miscommunications and misunderstandings which caused to go back and fourth to the reception.

We reached the hotel at 8am but they let us checked in with my kids…it was so nice of them.the front desk person Mr Mannan was really helpful to us..highly recommended this hotel.

My go-to hotel when in RIyadh for an extended time
Aloft is my go to place for a room when in Riyadh - the staff are super nice, the facility is clean and reasonably priced. Good cafe and restaurant down on the ground floor and it is very conveniently located.

Very nice hotel in Olaya district
No complaints, friendly staff, good amenities, clean rooms, stable & fast (FOC) wifi, good size room with king bed & fairly large bathroom. Only minor thing is water pressure can be tad too hot even when at low hot pressure (not many pax will appreciate this, its fine for me) had lunch once at restaurant, food was really delicious Pricing can be tad expensive, maybe its seasonable

The service at front desk was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and modern but the pillows are horrible it’s like made out of like a thick plastic material. The wifi barely worked, the room service also barely had any options.

great hotel for tourists since it centers the area pretty well, great friendly staff, nice rooms, and one of the most great features i enjoyed is the quietness of the room and how well it is soundproofed.

Our stay was the first time. It was a good experience. The rooms were very nice, clean, and very comfortable. We went there for 2 nights and The only thing I didn't like was that there is no body clean our rooms when we go out and we surprise when we go bake in the night.

Great location in the Olaya neighborhood. The hotel is just what one would expect from economy class. The room was surprisingly large and comfortable, super clean, too!

Unknowledgeable management
Although there are no laws in KSA banning non-wed expat couples from booking rooms, and the fact we have stayed at multiple hotels in the kingdom with no issue. This hotel without explaining would not except multiple forms of ID, and decided to pick my wife’s passport as the “Required” ID needed for scanning. We didn’t have my wife’s passport. Just DL and Iqama. This caused a huge logistical issue for us, and eventually worked out, but not before causing great unnecessary inconvenience to my wife and I.
