There is a nice community park within walking distance of hotel. The room was clean. Only needed some minor maintenace. The toilet seat was loose, and the shower head adjustment is broken. Staff were friendly and professional

Other than the mattress being too firm for my liking and the TV/cable being a little confusing, everything else was wonderful. Everyone enjoyed the indoor pool. Would definitely stay there again!

Very disappointed. I had to downgrade my room choice because the elevator was not working. I am handicapped and not able to walk up to the 3rd floor. The front desk seemed annoyed when I asked for a first floor room. One good thing was that for "hotel room coffee", I did like it here more than most!

We were not told that we would be expected to give them a $50 deposit in case we stole something-we’re told it would be returned when we checked out and the next morning we’re told it could be 5 days till we get it back The sofa in the sitting room had what looked like blood on it, the chair had water (I hope) stains, the floor looked like it had been vomited on-disgusting

My stay was very comfortable. It improved since the last time we . We stopped staying there because it needed upgrading. Shower tiles weren't clean. Nothing some elbow grease and regular cleaning wouldnt cure.

Our reservation was for 3 pm, and although the gentleman apoligized , he informed all the people in the lobby that our rooms were not ready. Had to wait an addtional hour before our rooms were ready.Everything else was nice and our room was clean.Just feel they need to hire more housekeeping staff. Thank you

Nice location just off interstate 81, comfortable bed, no hot water problem, safe area to walk around, nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Plenty of free parking. We stayed only 1 night.

They had strange rules posted on the door stating they would not rent rooms to anyone with an address within a certain mile radius. It immediately made me question the area.
