"Our flight arrived in the morning. We were prepared to leave our luggage at the hotel and find something to do until check-in time so we did NOT call ahead about early check-in. Nevertheless K+K was actually able to get us checked-in super early, despite us giving no notice!"

"Excellent hotel. Loved the pool area and the mattresses were good quality. They need to invest in larger sheets as ours were not big enough to tuck in on the sides. Service was mixed, some were lovely and went out of their way to be helpful but others were rather lacking. "

"The front desk and housekeeping were wonderful. Front desk was very friendly, provided information and was responsive. There is also the eden wellness spa located in the hotel and they were also equally wonderful. The breakfast buffet was good as well. "

"We really enjoyed out stay at the hotel. Libor who checked us in was very helpful and friendly. We also ate at the hotel restaurant and used the 20% off voucher we were given during check in. The staff at the restaurant were equally as friendly. The free bread and condiments were a nice extra. Our rooms were upgraded to the executive rooms. The views were great and the bed was very comfortable. Good selection of teas and coffees were provided and the complementary bottles of water was a nice addition. The two only negative points was in the bathrooms. The bathroom taps in both rooms were very stiff and hard to open and turn off. Also the shower head in my bathroom wasn’t the best, still worked but the water dribbled out. The shower in my friends room worked well so we had one good working shower. Overall, our stay was very good and we are happy to return "
