We had the room on 35th floor and the view was stunning. It’s a huge hotel, so don’t expect personable service. One of the best hotel we had in our entire Egypt trip.
Pros:
- Nice spacious and clean room
- Beautiful Nile view.
- Next to a local small mall which has a mini mart selling tidbits and drinks.
- They have a few restaurants within the hotel.
- Easy to get around but best to call an Uber to pick you up.

Very comfortable stay! Room was fantastic and service top notch. The only comment perhaps, was that the facilities and rooms were in separate buildings (that are linked one level 1), so it is a little inconvenient.

Very quiet neighbourhood. I enjoyed the peace and garden. Spent morning by poolside. Had lunch in restaurant was good. Walk to road 9 for breakfast and dinner. Service could be friendlier. I had done all my sightseeing staying in the city. Hence moved to this hotel otherwise will be a distance from most of the sights. It’s ok to the pyramids.

I am impressed by the prompt staff service and the security of the hotel. I was sick and had great assistance for the duty manager and including security. The resident doctor also very attentive and fast to attend to me. Keep it up.
