Good morning Matt, I just wanted to inform you that I marked your reservation as a no-show with no fee attached - since we had agreed that you would have asked for free cancellation, which you did not. Also, I didn't charge the card, so there was no refund to actually be performed: to tell the truth your card didn't even result as a valid one. I wonder what brought you to lie about this fact. Or is there some issues you are experiencing with Expedia and you wrongly relate to us? As for the water, I never said the previous guests had the exact same problem. I said your neighbour guests pointed out a similar problem, but it was a temporary one which we immediately solved - with a plumber coming over and explaining what I already told you. As a metter of fact, when I got to the apartment the following day, I realised it wasn't the usual small inconvenience, but a much more serious problem I solved within the day. Maybe there was a misunderstanding: either I'm not as good at English as I think or the counterpart were not that willing to understand. Humbly, Ive decided to blame my English for that. You had every right to leave and obtain a refund - no refund was due, though, since we never charged the card. Though, there was and there is no reason of accusing us of anything: we are serious professionals, honest people, caring hosts and if you go around on the internet, you will read it from the bunch of enthusiastic reviews we have got over the years. Again, I'm not dismissing the inconvenience you had, which was unfortunate and of which I hadn't caught the gravity. But that was not on purpose: so disappointing, humiliating and hurting that you have moved such accusations against me. You review shows the true nature of your soul and feelings. I'm sorry for you.I guess I will not say good bye. I'm surely taking with Expedia and explain the whole thing seeking for justice. JUSTICE!!!

Hi, thanks for your review and for appreciating our venue and rooms. Though, we would like to remind you that breakfast IS NOT among the services provided at our apartment, as you can clearly read from our Expedia page. You must have mistaken the complimentary snacks, coffees and sweets with a proper breakfast. Knowing that our morning presence at the venue was noth enough makes us very sad and suprises us as well: our coworker and at least one of us (Rossella and Dora) is at the apartment - a 5 room gueshouse- every morning up from 9/9.30. A bigger number of people would certainly be too much. Anyway, we hope to see you next time. Rossella and Dora
