Very convenient, right across from Rome Termini station. Kitchen with water dispenser was really nice. Perfect if you are planning to be out most of the time.

The property was extremely unique. It was a little outdated but it was clean and well kept. The location was convenient being close to the train station if you need that but it was also pretty dirty in that area

Walking distance from Rome Termini. Room is compact enough for short stays or not too many bags of luggage. Bathroom shower a little bit claustrophobic (very small). Didn't saw any staff at late afternoon arrival or early departure. City taxes had to be left in CASH inside safety box.

Great little gem!

Great room and shower, as well as unlimited coffee, tea and water in the well appointed and shared kitchen. Directly across from Roma Termini and walkable to all the sights. Friendly and accommodating management. Surprisingly quiet at night, too!

This is a great bed and breakfast inn. Very cute and colorful with a bit of Bohemia thrown in as well. The owners were fabulous and beyond accommodating … especially for just a one night stay. The location is amazing since it is across the street from Termini so close to everything literally! It will be our go to lodging for Rome going forward.

Good start to a vacation in Italy.

Thoroughly enjoyed the first night of a two week stay in Italy. It was very convenient to Roma Termini (which makes it convenient to the express train to Rome airport) and the Metro. Staff was friendly and r a bag drop offaccomodating. The only challenge was the need to make an appointment for bag drop prior to check-in with the uncertainty of arrival of our trans-Atlantic flight.

Convenient for a 1 night stay close to Termini. Literally across the street from train station. Neighborhood around the station as usual not very upscale, no good restaurants for dinner. Convenience trumped all that for us, since we had a lot of luggage. Leonardo express leaves from Termini for the airport.

Oh, this place rocks. Super clean,. fantastic amenities (free water,.free coffee, community kitchen (clean) and really really easy train station access (5 min). Not the fault of the property, but the night we stayed there, the city workers in Rome began cutting and jackhammering the sidewalk below at about 1:00 AM. This went on for about 1 hour. I couldn't make this up it was almost funny.

Estuvimos ahi 3 noches. El lugar no es malo, de hecho, la habitacion bastante bien. Los alrededores por las noches si son inseguros. En el dia es otra cosa. Al estar a lado d ela estacion de tren, hay mucha policia y ejercito. Otro punto positivo es el market que esta a lado de la estacion. Otro punto negativo. Nos pidieron 2 veces el city tax. Cuando ya lo habiamos oagado en la llegada. Y solo lo puedes hacer en efectivo, por lo que no habia recibo.
