We arrived for an overnight, prep for international departure, after travelling some three hours by car from Tuscany. We had been at a wedding and had heavy luggage as a result. It was pretty ridiculous that there was no bell hop to help either my husband or me, each of whom is 83 years old. Secondly, you have no desktop computer facility for printing boarding passes. Your receptionist was fantastic and did this for us...but it was a difficult task for her, as you don't provide the fluid facilities for the client to do this on her own. Otherwise, food delicious and room very clean. Letha Harris

We needed a room for a connecting flight from Rome to the US. Our room was clean and very comfortable; the Reception Staff was excellent. There was a restaurant that offered a buffet or a la carte breakfast. The shuttle drivers do not assist with luggage (though we could manage without an assist).
