Very clean, quiet, close to the train. Disappointed there was no coffee etc offered in the room but there was a kettle. Coffee machine at reception. Arriving at 12.30 am after a long flight, I hello hello didn’t want to traipse back down stairs

Lovely and clean. Plenty of room for the three of us and all our bags. Nice easy walk to Central Station. Would definitely stay again. Loved the free coffee machine in the lobby and free breakfast snacks in the morning.

This hotel is very basic but in a good location close to transport by bus, tram and train. Many good restaurants to choose from in Chinatown, Kensington Lane, Surry Hill and more. Would stay here again as we only need a firm bed, clean room, working shower and decent service. Did not like that there were no drawers in the room for clothing. Hung a bunch and worked out of our suitcases.

This is a modest hotel that is very clean and provides the basics of a nice bed.And hot shower. We would rather spend less money where we sleep and take a shower than paying the price of a stay at the Four Seasons or the Peninsula which we can afford. Loved being near Chinatown, Surry Hill, Redfern Chippendale and Haymarket. Would stay here again.

Fantastic stay
Amazing Sydney location! For our two night stay I watched city/inner city locations for some time, and this was the best at a very good price. The hotel was very clean, service was wonderful, and the pastries/delicious coffee in the morning were an added bonus. Highly recommend exploring this area for food, culture and just a great city vibe. And if you book this hotel you won’t be disappointed, we loved it!

Not worth the price.
I was disappointed with this hotel unfortunately. It was below standard for the price we paid. The rooms are shabby at best and have an underlying vibe of not being completely clean. Our bed sheets had a big blood-like stain on them which was really off putting to say the least. The front of house staff were mostly nice as were the housekeeping team. The air-con situation is also strange and loud. The walls are quite literally paper thin and you can hear your neighbour showering / talking. I guess it depends on who you get as your neighbour but we were kept awake by someone on the phone for hours! Overall, I would not return to this hotel.

Comfortable stay with good wifi
Was here working remotely while visiting friends. WiFi was decent for my needs, and the stay was overall pretty comfortable. My only wish was that there was a way to turn off the aircon - it either output cold or hot air.

The hotel is very convenient to Central Railway Station however the room we had was very small and as with most accommodation options in Sydney it is over priced for what you get.
