Staff were very friendly. Good WI-FI. Good small room. Good shower pressure. Comfortable bed. Clean sheets. Good breakfast snacks in the lobby. And the tea/coffee facility were awesome. (Might I recommend biscuits thru out the day?) Lobby also had PowerPoints/USB which was handy, for powering up devices. Lobby is very inviting and well decorated. Short walk (5mins) from Central Station (assuming you don't get lost like me!) Negatives: Lobby was small- might need more seating area- as when it gets busy there is no where to sit. The street where the hotel is located- feels uninviting and dirty.

Very clean hotel, rooms are basic, but nice and cosy. Location is extremely convenient being so close to central station and the bus interchange.

Nice stay at 28 Hotel
Very convenient location, especially if you are arriving at Sydney Central Railway Station. Very close to downtown area...within walking distance. Friendly and efficient staff. Excellent coffee outlet in the lobby. Room was a bit stuffy and small.

Staff was really great, found a shuttle bus to the airport, and were always courteous. The noise that came from the room above and on the same floor was a bit of a worry but quickly stopped. I found a great cafe for breakfast in the vicinity.
