Very hospitable, across from the train station. Very small bathroom, but thats typical for downtown rome! English speaking desk staff. Comfy bed.

So I’ll start with the positives, it’s close to main train station, and there’s a lot of places to eat in the area. The room was ok and clean as well, but I did have a negative experience with one of the front staff who thought he needed to stop my sister and I and have us show proof(our key) that we were guest. We both noticed we were the only people who were asked and that we were the only people of color in the lobby at the time. Other tourist were there and not asked the same question. Also there’s a distinct smell when you walk in like maybe they have a plumbing issue. Would never stay here again based on my experience and didn’t receive an apology from management though our frustration was mentioned to another employee, we were told no manager was available at the time.

I ,love the people behind the counter and the whole staff BUT the room was very hot, no problem they gave me an other room wich was very much better BUT! Very hard to get in and out of to the shower, the shower was very slippery, you could get HURT!!

The AC did not work which the staff was aware of and did not care or offer solutions. The general quality of the room was lacking to the point where grout was actively falling off the shower while attempting to use it. Again any of this may be okay if the staff even faked interest in solving the issues.

How could they called 4 stars hotel.. 2 stars for me. The reception will not handle your luggage well. If you leave luggage upon check-in or check-out, they will let you go to the unlocked luggage room to do it by yourself. So, someone can take your luggage because there is no security camera. The room is so hot, air condition did not work well. The only good thing about this hotel is location... 5 mins walk to Termini Metro.

The hotel is rated as 4*, but it feels much more like a good hostel. It is clean and the staff is welcoming and pleasant. However, the shower in our room was so tiny that a man wouldn't be able to fit in. The toilet was squeezed between the shower and a wall. The toilet paper was of that cheapest kind where you need to use a meter of it just to keep your fingers dry. The hotel only gave one roll per day, so we had to use our tissues. The breakfast was continental. The croissants were very nice and fresh. The coffee, however, was absolutely horrible. There wasn't a coffee machine, but a pot of americano. The coffee was so weak, I couldn't believe it was served in Italy. Overall, the hotel was ok. Just be aware, it's definitely not a 4* but rather 2.5 - 3*.

On checkin receptionist gave us only one key. When I asked for a 2nd room key they said it will cost 5 euros extra, which would be refunded on checkout. I didn't get the 5 euros back. Different front desk employee who said there was no mention of it in remarks!

The hotel was tidy, clean, and overall great. There was barely any air conditioning going. We were hot and had to sleep in underwear to be cool. We were barely able to sleep.

Fint hotell nära tågstationen.

Ett fint hotell nära tågstationen. Rummen är ganska små, men fullt tillräckliga för ett hotell. Vädret var väldigt varmt och soligt. Gardinerna i fönstret ut mot tågstationen var så klart fördragna. Så fort luftkontitioneringen slogs på blev det härligt svalt i rummet. På tredje våningen hördes inga ljud från gatan utanför. Frukosten var OK. Scrambled egg men ingen bacon. Lantbröd och toastbröd men inga småbullar. Två olika juice men ingen orange apelsinjuice. Kapocino och The och allt annat du behöver. Vi väljer detta hotell nästa gång också.

Nice clean and friendly property located 5 mins walk from the central rail station ( Roma Termini). Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was nice and clean and modern but the shower was a bit on the small side. Continental breakfast was really nice and the service was great. Would definitely stay again

This was a great stay in a triple. Location next to termini is great if you take a lot of trips out of Rome. The hotel is very clean and the upstairs lounge is a gem.

If you want to sleep, this is not the place for you. Bed and pillows are super stiff. My room was facing the train station and the traffic was noisy all night. The room was hot for March also with no AC.

Check in was rough, it took much longer than it should’ve, but that happens sometimes. This morning I got up and stepped outside the door onto the street for less than two minutes. When I reentered the hotel the lady at the front desk as well as the bar manager both immediately questioned why I was there. I told the receptionist I just came through and she had told me good morning. That’s when the bar man began insisting I was at the wrong hotel. He was not nice about it. I have not experienced that level of inhospitable treatment from any hotel staff anywhere in the world. I went back to our room woke my wife and son and had them pack up so we could immediately leave. We had planned on spending the day in Rome, but I was so over it we went to the station and got tickets to leave immediately. Terrible way to treat a guest, we won’t be back.

The hotel was comfortable but the noise coming from the service lorries servicing the various businesses in front of the hotel between 4:30 am to 7:30 was very annoying
