value for money in a nice place, friendly staff
Hotel right on the front , a little tired but comfortable and quiet . For the money we paid it was great value and it even included breakfast. Parking was good and an easy walk to the centre

This Hotel is just perfect for a beach holiday. Location: It is at a few minutes' walk from several stabilimenti and the free beach, as well as at a few minutes walk from the centre of Ostia Lido, and therefore surrounded by many restaurants and bar. The advantage of being on the Lungomare, rather than right in the centre, means that at night is quiet. Room: It has wi-fi, a small safe (could do with a slightly larger one), fridge, TV and air-con. Our room also had a balcony which is great because you can buy food from the supermarket and have a lovely dinner there, overlooking the sea at sunset. Food: Breakfast was included and there was a lot of choice, from pizza (bianca e rossa), cakes, pastries, yogurt, cheese and ham, hot and cold drinks. They also have a daily set menu for dinner (18 Euros for 3 courses). We only ate in once, but the food was very good. In general the hotel is in a traditional building on the Ostia lungomare, the decor points to nostalgia, with old-style posters and items. It might now be flashy and modern, but it was really clean, which is really important given the current situation. The staff was super-friendly and I would certainly return this hotel.

Overall, we had an excellent stay. Although breakfast should be offered starting 0600 and guest parking at the back.

Location on the beach is a big draw. Price in off season was quite reasonable. Food has gone downhill, though.

Ok for value and one night stay
Hotel was just a 30 Euro drive to FCO airport and right across from the beach. Evening sunset was amazing. Little shop across the street by public beach access had cold drinks and wonderful service with some tables and chairs outside. Price for what we got was good, so if you need inexpensive place for night before you fly out and don’t mind “modest” no perks room this Hotel will do. On the negative side, room door did not look secure. Bed spread was old with a few snags/holes. Toilet water ran though the night (but did not keep me up). I would consider again for one night stay but my wife would have paid extra for different place.

The balcony was wonderful ..shower a bit tight as was the eleavtor but a necessity for me so I appreciated it Comfy bed nice breakfast Reasonable price so good choice not too far from restaurants, city centre and train station Gardens are lovely ...only problem internet only worked in lobby for me but staff always helpful Would stay here again if price were right

This property is right on the beach in a resort atmosphere. Most people do not think of Rome as a "beach" location but it is very nice and the hotel is steps away from the water.

1 night in Ostia
Easy to find on the sea front. Check in was quick and easy and the staff very friendly and were quickly in to our room. Exactly what we booked a seaview very nice as well. The room was spacious with a comfy bed. Bathroom was good with a powerful shower. Balcony very big so no complaints at all. The room was clean if a little dated but that didnt mater for one night. We had our evening meal in the hotel and it wasvery good cooked fresh and presented very well. We had 3 courses each and drinks and the price was under 80 euros which was very good. I liked the hotel and would stay again .

Lovely hotel restaurant in beach town
Hotel La Sirenetta was a pleasant surprise. The rooms are not very updated but the bed was comfortable. Our room had a balcony overlooking the water which was gorgeous. The highlight of the stay was the hotel restaurant. It is small, with only 1 waitress, therefore you have to make a reservation (or wait in the cute outdoor living room with a drink area until there is an opening). We had a fantastic meal in a beautiful setting.

Extremely poor housekeeping inside. It is pet friendly but there was a sick dog laying all over the place with antibiotic medicine in multiple places in the lobby. Extremely unsanitary. The area around the hotel was run down and outdated. There were two dumpsters that were recently burnt by the hotel on the street. Felt unsafe. Would not recommend this hotel or area for a vacation.

Excellent location. Spacious and clean room. Wonderful balcony overlooking the sea. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Ostia Lido station is about 10 minutes walk away. From there you can catch the train and reach central Rome in about 20 minutes

This is not a big corporate tourist hotel . This hotel is small enough to make you feel like you're staying with family . The daily half-board dinner special is an amazing value; anyone who doesn't try it at least one night is a fool! Can't wait to stay there again

The location was good. Across the street from the beach. The furniture was old. In the lobby and outside. We had no view what so ever and were told you had to request a balcony when you book Our room was large in that it had an extra room with a twin bed that made it easy to use as a luggage storage and dressing room but the whole area really needed to painted The walls were pretty dirty. We ate breakfast there and it was very good with a lot of variety. We had dinner there only one night and my husband loved the fish dish and my pasta was good too. The back patio area was nice to sit in and have wine but could have used new furnishings or at least better pads.
