Excellent accueil pourtant arrivés tardivement le patron a pris le temps de nous indiquer sur le plan les sites à visiter , les bus qui circulaient par le centre ville. Un restaurant nous a été conseillé effectivement la cuisine est bonne et prix abordables. L'avantage le couple parle français.

Hotel correct et bien situé

Hôtel situé au 4ème etage d un immeuble, quartier et immeuble un peu délabré mais les chambres sont propres et pour les francophones le gérant et la gérante parlent courramment français et sont très accueillant, ce qui donne un côté famillial.

Not what expected

It was more like a room in a flat appartment. Only have seen reception staff once- first day of arrival and then gave keys back for cleaning lady. Confusing to have 4 different keys before you get into the room. The only good thing was location: 10 mins away from main train/ bus station, metro. 15 mins to colosseum. Also had good nights sleep, but the room itself very dark even with window and curtains open

Hotel correcto, ubicación poco recomendable

El hotel no está mal, la primera impresión no es buena, es un edificio muy antiguo, la zona no es muy recomendable aunque está cerca de la estación de Termini. El precio es bueno y la gente es muy amable, el desayuno está bien y esta incluído.

Petit Hôtel calme à proximité de Termini

Nous avons reserve cet hôtel pour 4 nuits avec une copine. Lits confortables, linge de toilette changé tous les jours, petit déjeuner simple mais suffisant et consistant. Notre chambre très calme, ( avec 2 lits séparés comme on l'avait souhaité), avec tele (mais on ne l'a pas regardée...pas le temps..) frigo, coffre, douche, toilettes.. Bien situé à une dizaine de minutes à pieds de la Gare Termini, et de tous les bus, métro. .Les propriétaires très sympas parlent très bien français et donnent conseils si besoin. A proximité de petits restaurants sympas ..pour le soir...très pratique quand on n'a pas le courage ni l'envie de ressortir.

Ein nettes kleines Hotel unweit vom Hauptbahnhof

Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt in Rom sehr zu empfehlen,schon wegen der unmittelbaren Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof Termini,.wo man ganz schnell an der Metro ist und zum "Antiken Rom"(Kollosseum).Das Hotel befindet sich in einem grossem Haus mit Innenhof im 4. Stock,Rezeption muss man sich erklingeln! Frühstück sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig,man geht da lieber in eines der vielen StrassenCaffes! Für uns war es auch zu spät(erst ab 9 Uhr),da man die Besichtigungen am besten in den frühen Morgenstunden machen sollte. Die Sauberkeit warO.K. auch der Service Also alles in allem für einen kurzen Rom Trip empfehlenswert!!

An experience

Staff not there 24/7 no emergency numbers available. They gave us keys so we could come and go. Poor understanding of English. No facilities to make a drink in room. Fridge not working very well neither the TV not that I watch TV on holiday but it wouldn't work at all. We arrived the early hours of the morning and no offer of a drink which I found rude. The day before we left they cleaned room and left no towels. Very basic. No tea and coffee making facilities which is important to me although you do get a free breakfast with a drink of juice and a hot drink and a crossaint and yoghurt. Cheap and cheerful. Area is very rundown and scruffy and smelly not a safe area to walk around really.

Super accueil et très bonne situation géographique

J'ai passé trois nuits dans cet hôtel très bien situé : proche de la gare, à 3 minutes à pieds d'un arrêt de métro, 10 mn du Colisée. L'accueil qui nous a été réservé a été excellent et nous avons eu de bons conseils sur les choses à faire à Rome et les spécialités culinaires.

A vendéglátók kedvesek voltak. Amin még lehetne javítani az a fürdőszoba állapota. Ár/érték arányban teljesen megfelelt a szoba. Visszamennénk még.

Vous rentrer par une petite court au fond a gauche. Difficile de trouver l'hotel mais super hospitalité. Chambre plutôt correct. Pas assez confortable pour le prix. Une grosse fuite dans la chasse d'eau qui vous éclabousse ! Le lit était propre et il faisait bon dans la chambre.. On a pas réussi à faire marche la télé ! L'ampoule du cote di lit ne fonctionne pas. C'est cher pour la prestation. le petit déjeuné était plaisant par contre !

Très bonne situation géographique dans Rome. personnel accueillant, spécialement les responsables de l'hôtel qui nous ont donné beaucoup de conseils et bons plans sur la ville; Propreté de la chambre moyenne et matériel un peu vieillot.

HORRIBLE

en primer lugar no se como experia recomienda este hotel tercermundista sucio, la cama se dormía encima de hierro,el baño todo oxidado agua fría la toallas eran de paño, dejamos las maletas para salir a buscar otro hotel y el acceso dejo de funcional. hemos perdido un día buscando otro hotel. Mi experiencia con experia no se si volveré a confía en vosotros lo pase mal y de hecho cuando vine llame por teléfono. sin mas k decir bueno

Nice hotel near Termini Train Station,

We stayed 3 nights in the Hotel for a 3 day trip around Rome. Rooms are clean, warm and there is no noise from outside at night. Staff is polite and helpfull.

Small but comfortable

It was nice staying here. The "hotel" is very close to metro and termini station. Also a few steps to coloseum and forum romanum. Room is very small but it is enough if you just stay there for the night-leaving in the morning and coming back in night. Staff is very helpful altough we met them only during check in/out, but we got map with instruction how to get there and here and aslo the breakfast were left in our room every day. Clean towells and set up bed everyday. Its just fine to crash here for few nights with low budget.

Very nice hotel!

We stayed for 6 night there! The stuff was nice and helpful (but the reception isn't open 24 hours per day). The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was satisfying. it's a good value for money if you're on a budget like we were! The location is very nice, since it's close to Vittorio Emannuele metro station. The area has a lot of immigrants but we didn't have any problems. I recommend it!

NO HAY WIFI

No hay wifi. Servicio de recepción escaso, mas bien nulo (solo de 8,30 a 12 intervalo del trabajo de pisos). Edifico viejo. Limpieza y confort decente. Desayuno continental muy escaso (no hay sala habilitada para realizar desayunos, la chica de recepción/ camarera de pisos te lo prepara y lo lleva a la habitación). Lo único "positivo" la "cercanía" (10 min a pie, cuando conoces la ubicación) a Termini y trato del personal positivo. Sinceramente, relación calidad /precio no volvería.
