The location was great right in front of the Pantheon and all the staffs were kind and nice. One thing was that our room’s bathtub was clogged. The staff came right away and fixed it but it still didn’t work well. Over all it was a great stay.

We stayed for one night prior to our flight home and selected this stay for the “view of the pantheon”. Unfortunately, our room did not come with the promised view but was conveniently located next to the pantheon. The check in experience was difficult mainly because of how hard it was to find the entrance.The room was spacious but the bed had only one top sheet, no duvet or comforter. Lastly, the checkout was experience was terrible. They tried to enter our room at 830am while we were still in bed. We left at 9am to get coffee at a cafe and came back before 10:30am check out only to find our bags outside the room and our room had already been made up for next guest. Our bags were left unattended (with passports and valuables) outside the room door before we had even checked out. Overall I would not stay here again and highly recommend against it. This was the worst stay during our 15 day trip in italy out of 5 other hotels.

Cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Had the feel of a friendly bed and breakfast in the shadow of the 2000 year old Pantheon. Literally a stones throw away from the ancient church, not to mention the countless cafes, salumeria, pizzerias, and gelaterias. Parking is almost impossible in those tight streets, but you are walking distance from EVERYTHING. Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona are 5 minutes and everything else is within a 30-45 minute walk. The room was huge and clean. My family four slept in one shared room with no complaints. 1 queen/full and 2 twin beds. Do not pass on this place. Also know that the staff are super friendly and aim to please with everything. I don’t remember if there was an elevator, but you do have at least three flights of stairs to contend with.

The employees at this property were amazing and very accommodating. One of the managers actually walked to the square to tell me that my taxi was ready. The room was ok but the AC unit did not keep the room cool enough. There was a heat wave however in all of Rome. The elevator was also not working so all luggage needed to be carried up flights of stairs. Overall, great location and quiet but really a 3 star hotel.

This was a gem right in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Rome! Short walking distance to most all tourist sites! Staff was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure our short stay was perfect...they helped haul our luggage up stairs even! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We will come again!!
