El personal muy amable y servicial, algunos hablan español y todos hablan inglés e italiano. Buena ubicación. Su terraza donde sirven el desayuno es hermosa y el chef es sumamente agradable y amable. El espacio del cuarto es muy grande y completo, únicamente me parece que le falta un poco de iluminación. Es un excelente lugar para estar, lo recomendamos!

Tolles Stadthotel. Sehr gut gelegen für Sehenswürdigkeiten und gute Metro Anbindung. Lebendiges Stadtviertel, aber im Zimmer ist es ruhig. Absolut geniales Frühstück auf der Dachterrasse. Sehr empfehlenswert!

What a fantastic find. Wonderfully situated. Walkable to so much to see of Rome. Convenient to the train as well. Only thing to let people know is that it is in the ZTL area in case they rent a car!

Super Lage, fussläufig war vieles erreichbar, sehr nettes Personal. Das Bett war bequem, auch das Bad war schön, sauber und renoviert. Der Teppichboden war leider nicht so schön, und auch das Zimmer bzw das Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Im Große und Ganzen ganz toller Aufenthalt!

Staff were very professional, helpful and friendly. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Breakfast options were good and the rooftop area was nice. Breakfast staff were amazing. Within walking distance to train, coliseum, roman forum, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps.

Great stay. Excellent location, a little away from the primary tourism hotspots and less crowded but still easily walkable. Great breakfast. Service especially from the hotel beverage manager was top notch in all regards!!

This is an apartment run by the hotel. The room is in the best possible location, and was comfortable. Only issues were the apartment was not appropriately equipped. There were only 2 glasses, not enough towels, and the safe was broken. The internet was also spotty. Overall fine.

Abaixo das expectativas por problema inesperado.

Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo, com pegada mais eclética (mistura de estilos), com atendimento atencioso - destaque para o Roman que comanda o restaurante (extremamente educado, gentil e disponível). Café da manhã mediano / bom (deveria ser no terraço), quarto bom, no entanto, durante a hospedagem ficamos mais de dois dias sem água quente, nos forçando a tomar banho frio.

I can only say about the apartment. The apartment was interrible shape. We found dirt and mold everywhere, even in the toilet paper. The staff, while friendly, wasn't able to help us in any way with the apartment. They sent someone to "clean" the apartment after we asked for a relocation, and made it worse, they left stains on the washroom and a moldy toiler paper. This really isn't what you would expect from a 4 star hotel and with the price we payed. The only redeeming thing is the location. Not even the AC had mold and dirt and hard to adjust, no remote or anything to regulate the temperature in degrees, polar vortex or almost off, choose one or the other. Would not recommend, even after engaging Expidia about our terrible experience, hotel management isn't acknowledging (they are gohsting us!) our complaints made after our first night and onwards.
