Too far from main attractions in Rome. Taxi cost $60 euros to get there. Close to airport though . Can’t win!

Hotel refused to allow us to eat our own food in empty spaces and didn’t have any pizza. Rude and unhelpful. They need help in accommodating customer requests.

It is not possible to eat food that comes from outside the hotel in the common areas of the hotel. the hotel offers a restaurant service and not a pizzeria. Was a great hotel for an overnight stay between flights. Later check out time was really convenient and could walk to a nearby mall to kill a few hours and get some food Lots of space for our family. Clean and great showers

Stay was nice but little far from main attractions, we missed the breakfast at hotel as it opens at 7 am on weekends as our tour bus started at 7am. And we had to buy breakfast later on trip. On Sunday we had a flight back to home at 8:30 am and we had to start from hotel around 6:30 am .. again when we asked hotel to provide some breakfast, they said it opens at 7am.

This is one of the best Hotel's I've stayed in, especially for the price. The room was nice, the bed was comfy, the rain head shower was awesome, I would have stayed there every night while in Italy but was traveling to other areas. Would highly recommend staying here!

The rooms are nice, but a little small. Location is conveniently close to a mall, gas stations, and major roads, and airport. Restaurant food was meh. We ate there for convenience, but I was not happy with the food. For example, my salmon carpaccio was smoked salmon, not raw fish. I cook much better at home. At least the prices were not outrageous. The fish tanks needed cleaning, and the fish inside were sick/dying due to lack of care/cleaning.

TV Remote had to be taken close to the box every time, evening staff very rude, Reception never picked up phone from Room, Light in the room not enough, Tea bags never replaced, transport from the hotel was very inconvinient reaching downtown We deserve a credit refund.

A couple of problems: Two of room's light bulb burned out therefore a little dark inside and placement of bath towels above toilet, one of them was in the toilet when we check-in to the room.

Good value for Rome
Overall stay was good except it was stuffy as we couldn’t switch on the air conditioner Luckily we were on the 4 floor and not so much mosquitoes Tried the restaurant, food was not too bad 30 minutes drive to FCO airport from the hotel.

Nice hotel, great location and friendly service. Some difficulty with communicating/ understanding front desk staff and not having someone that spoke English. No hot water for our showers/ bath. Otherwise great place.

Great looking and accommodating staff. Very nice hotel, nice rooms. In the business district location, which I did not know and not so desirable as a ride to most attractions. Breakfast certainly needs some love but beyond that a great hotel.

The lobby area looked nice and clean. However once you get to the rooms it’s a completely different story. It’s dark and it smells bad. Not very clean and the furniture is very outdated. The gentleman at the front desk was extremely rude. Wouldn’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend this place.

We stayed here for the sole purpose to be in walking distance of Euroma2 shopping centre on our last night in Italy. For this reason, it met all expectations. Clean, great coffee bar and easy taxi service to FCO. I do think it's too far from the historic center for sightseeing. It's way more fun to stay in the center to see sights and walk everywhere.

Solid for a quick stay near the airport
I stayed here on an overnight layover. The hotel was pretty modern and nice. The rooms were ok, I wouldn't consider this a 4 star location but it got the job done considering how near it was to the airport. There was also an older gentleman working the overnight desk who extremely unfriendly and rude. The woman in the morning was lovely though so she offset it.

We booked late, so hotels were getting further and further away from Rome center. This hotel is an easy 15 minute walk to the subway station. Single use tickets are available at the front desk. Including the walk to the station you can be at the Colosseum in 30 minutes. Vatican is a bit further with a transfer at Roma central station. Easy! Conca D'oro Roma is a nice cafe on Viale America on the way to the subway station we frequented. Front desk staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. Alecia at the bar and Giorgio at the front desk were standouts. Another restaurant we ate at several times was Osteria Pizzeria Margherita, about a 20 minute walk. Fantastic, all locals and no tourists it seemed. We were the only non-Italians there as far as we could tell. Staff was great, food was fantastic. Thanks Giorgia! The area surrounding the hotel has some development underway, and is an odd mix of seedy looking and very nice housing areas. We felt safe, walked everywhere. The nearby Eur Park was beautiful and busy.

The property was clean and modern. Reasonable distance to airport, don't let taxis overcharge you. It's about a 25 euro ride to the tourist sites. Lunch at the restaurant for vegetarians was great. Nice stay altogether, but note wall are thin so could hear footsteps and talking of neighbors so was challenging for light sleeper.

Fine hotel, but not the best in cleaning(walls of the bathroom had mold). Breakfast was good and i really liked they had two categories with different prices to choose from. Staff was good. I was disappointed about the fact they were not environmental friendly at all: every day change of towels, shampoo and soaps, without the possibility of leaving a sign on the door or something similar saying i didn't need room service. Also no signs or texts notivating customers to have good environmental friendly practices.

Clean, good sized room, the beds need replacing, but overall very pleased with this hotel. It's staff are very nice and helpful, especially after a disastrous stay at a different hotel. Will most definitely return and continue to trust this hotel chain!
