O hotel parece ser um clássico de Roma, bem localizado, a poucos passos da Fontana de Trevi, tem um rooftop com vista incrível que dá para ver até o Coliseo. O quarto que fiquei tinha varanda e uma vista linda da cidade. O café da manhã é ótimo, e o melhor, está incluso. O único contra é que o hotel por ser antigo está precisando de algumas manutenções. Mas tem uma arquitetura antiga incrível e rica. Muito elegante.

Have stayed there many times. The hotel is in a great location. Most of the major attractions are within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants close by and the staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The views from the roof terrace are excellent.

It’s worth the price - the staff is nice, the room is clean, and the location is very convenient. But I was surprised that all guests still need to use a key to unlock/lock the door like 1980s. The room condition is good, but it’s definitely not modern. They also provide free breakfast but I was in a hurry so I didn’t get. Overall, it’s a great deal if you have a budget.

Fabulous breakfast and great location

Wonderful stay and fabulous breakfast! The Pace Helvezia was an easy walk from the bus stop from the train station, and close to the must sees in Roma. Our room was on the street side, which was bustling until 2am or so, but we were able to close the window and still be comfortable in the room (April). The (included) breakfast was fantastic and I was impressed at how hard Francesca worked every morning (we stayed three days.) All of the front desk staff were very helpful and we had a wonderful stay in Rome!

The hotel is very well located, the staff were warm and eager to assist. I lost a night due to flight cancellation. This information was shared with the hotel and absolutely no empathy. Be sure not to book non-refundable with this hotel. Breakfast was ok but in a tiny room with insufficient seating. It's the perfect location to walk around Rome city center, it is not 4stars.

Hyvällä sijainnilla ns. perushotelli, jossa oli myös ihan ok aamupala ja palvelu. Respa kivasti 24 h auki. Ystävälliset asiakaspalvelijat. Hotelli kaipaisi kuitenkin päivitystä ja freesausta, vaikka huomaa että se on joskus varmaan ollut ihan hienokin. Perussiisteys ihan ok. Toisaalta esim. jääkaappiin oli päässyt jäämään jo valmiiksi melkein kokonaan juotu vesipullo. Sänky ja petivaatteet pitäisi ehdottomasti uusia ja vähintään kylpyhuone kaipaisi jotain remonttia. Upea yllätys oli kattoterassi, josta oli upeat näkymät!
