This is not a hotel, but rather an apartment very conveniently located in the center of Rome. While the building itself is not greatly maintained, we found our apartment to be clean, comfortable and safe for our family of 4. Breakfast was convenient and Silvia and the 2 women that were present each morning were extremely helpful and accommodating. We were so thankful for the air conditioning! Because of the convenience the location, we were able to sight see and then walk back for a quick cool off. The only downside was that it was a bit loud at night during the weekend nights. I would def return with my family!

Piazza Venezia Grand Suite is not a hotel, it consists of two apartments which were converted to something like guest rooms in the second floor of a very old building with unpleasant entrance. No front desk, no normal city maps. No public toillet. Breakfast is served in the room, in our room there were no chairs. Towels were not changed during the three days of our stay. However, the three women we met there during the mornings were extremely nice and they were very willing to help. the manager was always available on WhatsApp. The location is fantastic.

I feel like I was duped when I booked this property. It is not a HOTEL it is more like an AirBNB. I am also pretty certain we got COVID here as we tested positive and got very sick the moment we got home. You check-in virtually (which is bizarre). So no front desk staff at all during the stay. The lady who delivered our breakfast was clearly sick and on the third day I heard her coughing on everything. It's also loud outside the building. On our last day we met a couple in the lobby who waited 5 hours because there was a mix up on their reservation and they had no where for them to stay. The rooms are very small not like pictured. Sad that our trip had to end on this note.

Lovely room in a quiet piazza. Plenty of room and places to store belongings. Room well set up in every aspect. Close to all important sites. Breakfast service in the room by pleasant staff. Hard to improve on anything.

This is not a hotel despite the appearance and posting in photos. It’s misleading so buyer be aware when booking. The entrance is also very difficult to find. There is no sign or address that stands out. It’s pretty much one door to the next until you guess correctly.

It was a very comfortable hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great location with the ability to walk to many sights. Clean and well stocked mini bar. Lovely breakfast. My only complaint would be that the air conditioning couldn’t keep up with the heat.

Excellent location, it’s right in the centre or Rome with great transport links to the airport and main sites if needed! Claudia was amazing - she brought us breakfast each morning right on time and was so helpful with any tips/ travel advise that we needed, she definitely made a big difference to our stay. Thank you!!

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. The room was very clean and comfortable. Very central to all the sights. Only complaint is the shower, found it hard to get hot water.

Hallo, Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Total nettes Personal, sehr hilfsbereit und Frühstück ins Zimmer war auch total gut. Die Lage: man geht hinaus aus der Unterkunft und hat wirklich sehr viele Sehenswürdigkeiten direkt vor der Nase. Wenn wir wieder mal kommen, würden wir diese Unterkunft noch einmal buchen. mgf
