The location was convenient and quiet, and the hotel itself was spotless inside and very chic. Unassuming from the outside, it was a lovely stay in a small but well-appointed room. Everything was exceptionally modern and clean, with spotless facilities and a very generous and thorough breakfast. I only stayed one night, but would absolutely make a point to stay here again.

A beautiful hotel in the middle of a building. The hotel is located just in the fourth flour with 20 Guess rooms. It was clean, quiet and close to everything. The most me and my wife walked was 40 Min to Trestevere, besides that the main historic attractions are within 30 minutes walk from the hotel. Termini Train station it is 10 minutes away. I will go back to this hotel again. One more thing, the AC in the room make it super cold which we love.

Excellent property and location in a good, vibrant neighbourhood with walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. Very helpful and polite staff willing to assist. The only downside is the breakfast area/time, staff seem to be in a rush to close almost an hour before official closing time of 10:30 am, so be there as early as you can or you'll be rushed and some items may not be replenished after 9:30 am. Still not a big issue unless you like to sleep in and have breakfast later in the morning. Overall, a very relaxing, enjoyable stay. Thanks to all the staff at this hotel with their kind and excellent service. Would definitely book again the next time we're in Rome.

We stayed two nights while visiting Rome. The hotel was lovely and we enjoyed the small boutique style. We were able to walk to all of our sightseeing spots, with the exception of the Vatican. On our last morning we had to get up extra early to get to the airport and the staff prepared “to go” breakfast bags for us, along with arranging transportation to the airport. Overall, this hotel was wonderful!

Clean, modern room in a charming Roman residential building. Staff very helpful. Room is good, just big enough for two. About 1/2 hour walk from Pantheon and other famous sites, but close to Colosseum.

This boutique hotel was very clean and cosy and a walkable distrance to the main attractions in a nice area. I liked the little extras touches the hotel offered and the attention to detail. There was a good selection for breakfast also and the staff were very helpful.

Great Place to stay
The Princeps Boutique Hotel was our home away from Home while we were in Rome. It was in walking distance to Trevi Fountain, the Colussem, the subway and many more. The Bed was very comfortable. We had the breakfast each morning and there was lots of variety. The team at the hotel was very helpful. I would recommend for anyone staying in Rome. Lots of great Restaurants very close by.

Quick Overnight Stay
Needed one night stay before heading home. This was the perfect place! Just under 10 minute walk to Rome Termini and close to city centre. My room was very clean and beautifully up-to-date. The variety for breakfast was also beyond expected aswell. When finding the hotel, go through the big blue doors to go up to the hotel. To top it off, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely on the list to stay again.

A very modern updated property. A great location within walking distance of the central train station, but also some great restaurants and even the coliseum and other ancient sites The rooms are super clean and nice and the breakfast/coffee area is excellent.

This property is located in a heritage building on the 4th floor, (there is an elevator), a few minutes walk from Termini station. Reception area and staff is a breath of fresh air, particularly on hot summer days. I was received with grace and offered to wait momentarily for my room, as it was going to be available early, always a welcome surprise after travel. I reserved a single room; it was beautifully appointed and perfectly sized. Breakfast was included and access was available to a machine to fill water bottles for days out. Great home base, if you need a spot near Termini and central Roman transit.

Absolutely fantastic. We will stay here again! Great communication in advance of arrival. Our room was ready for us when we arrived after our flight which was a wonderful treat after some difficulties with our flights. They stored our bags on our last day. Access to coffee anytime. It was always spotless and clean. Staff was very helpful. Location is great and close to transportation if needed. Multiple options including a scooter rental right on the corner. Lots of choices for places to eat nearby and a mini market up one block. The best little treat was air conditioning—heat wave while we were in Roma.
