Small but efficient, check breakfast details
Small room but sufficient for one person. Advertised as including free breakfast — not the case for me even though the reservation said breakfast included.

Improvements Needed
First of all, this NOT a BED AND BREAKFAST. There is no food provided. There are two coffee mugs with sugar packets in them provided along with a water heater, but no coffee or tea provided???? Makes no sense. The room was comfortable, although the bed took up 80% of the room. I didn’t have enough hangers or shelving for my clothes and I only packed a backpack and a small duffel. There was a hair dryer, but no shampoo or conditioner. Hand soap was available on the sink. The room had AC, although I didn’t utilize it and a window facing the interior courtyard which is nicely landscaped. The place itself is a hallway with about 6 doors for multiple guests. Each door is locked individually which is great! The doors leading into the hallway are made of paper thin material though. All noise made by other residents can be heard through the door. I could hear people’s full conversations at all times of the day. 12pm or 12am. Overall it was clean and comfortable but lacked the expected breakfast that was advertised and other common items like shampoo and conditioner.

Was excellently located in the heart of Rome. The lady Francesca was lovely and did all to ensure we saw all the sites and even arranged some fast track tickets to the Vatican City. I plan to return on my next visit.

Quo Vadis bed and bed.
Its called a bed and Breakfast. It should be called a bed and coffee cups with no coffee. The room was nice though, air conditioner worked, but the name does not fit. No breakfast.

A very clean, very small room just about 6 mins walk from the Vatican. It was lovely to stroll over to St. Peter's Square in the evening when there were no crowds at all. While the room was small, it was quiet and peaceful with a nice big window overlooking a lovely lush, green courtyard...it was hard to believe you were in the middle of busy, bustling Rome. For the price, we were happy with it. We didn't do the breakfast, as there were many other cafe options right outside the door.

Property is very close to the Vatican and the metro line. It is easy to get around Rome by foot or metro. The room is very comfortable, shower fixture was in need of replacement but still could take a shower. Glad we had AC after a day of walking around.

Francesca was extremely nice and helpful. The room was clean with daily service. Location was great, 10 minutes walk to St Peter’s Square or metro station. We used the hotel shuttle service for transfer from the airport and it was convenient and made arrival a breeze. Francesca made for a great Roman Holiday!

Convenient Rome Hotel
The hotel was convenient, to the Vatican, shopping and eating. A great place to stay. The room was clean. The only thing I would change, no way it was a bed and breakfast. Or of it was we never could find it. Also the check in desk was a block away which added to the confusing. My wife and I would stay there again. Lots of charm.

Great Roman adventure
The B&B is situated very close to the Vatican as well as the metro so access to all the sites of Rome couldn't be easier. The rooms are simple but comfortable and have everything you need. Francesca and Pasquale (the owners) are amazingly friendly and welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had a great Roman adventure. They also operate a brilliant tour business which is available in several languages. We took both tours (Vatican and colesseum) which were conducted by another Francesca who was very knowledgeable and also very friendly and approachable. We would visit again without hesitation.

Great price for a great location.
Our check in was a bit complicated because we did not know where to check in. Check in was at a location around the block and not marked. There was a phone number but we were in Italy without a phone. When we found the "office" the person there did not seem aware of our room assignment but we ended up with an appropriate room which did not seem to be 100% ready for occupancy. This is not a hotel but rather rooms located within a condominium. The building is centrally located to groceries, eateries, many stores & mass transit which made our stay convenient and comfortable. The room was small though the bed was very comfortable with sufficient pillows and blankets. The elevator was very small and we required two trips to get up there with our luggage (and we only had three pieces). The room had a private bathroom which is a plus and it is a wonderful place to stay if you are looking for a cozy place to sleep. Our room was quiet and came with a small refrigerator and coffee maker.

Comfy stay in small functional room
We had a harrowing time while checking-in. There was no one at the property when we reached the hotel at 1:50PM. Before reaching Rome we specifically mentioned that we would be reaching the hotel around 2PM, so we expected someone to be available for check-in. We kept ringing the door phone which was never answered. Finally after waiting for about 40 mins around 2:30 we were met by Pascuolo (Francesca's brother) who ushered us in. Except this incident there was nothing bad. The room is in a big building complex with lots of secured gates and we felt really safe. Nearby there are lots of dining options, and a Carrefour express supermarket just 5 minutes away where you can buy groceries or ready to eat food items. Vatican Museum and St. Peter's square were 5- 10 mins walk and the nearest metro stop Ottaviano was 2 mins away. There was a lift in the building so carrying the luggage was easy. The room was small but had everything we needed. No disturbances from neighbours or other boarders. The bed was comfortable. The room was cleaned and beds made everyday. Wi-fi was intermittent. On the last day after checking-out they allowed us to keep our luggage in the lobby (safe and secure), so we didn't have to roam around with the bags, which was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

quo vadis
My stay in Rome and at the Quo vadis hotel was very pleasant. Francesca the hotel manager was very helpful and helped me sort out my hotel to airport transfer details, as I didnt speak Italian and was having a few problems with my booking. I was also met outside the hotel by Francesca's brother as I arrived late in the evening. Its not a 4 or 5 star hotel but it serves its purpose, it's clean, comfortable and quite and everyone is friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back to Quo vadis or recommend it.

small but comfortable
our room was small but nice and clean and comfortable. A very nice en suite. We had a lovely view of the garden out of our window. Despite being only about 200 metres from the vatican we heard no traffic noise. Francesca gave us a lovely welcome and we were well looked after.

Walk able distance to Vatican and Rome attractions
Pasquale, the manager of the hotel is one of the nicest man we met. He was very welcoming and friendly. He gave us nice tips whenever we asked him something. He also made us comfortable at the reception day. The only downside is that the cleaning lady was little pushy in the morning as we believe she has another contract somewhere at 11 AM in the morning and she would talk loud in the apartment lobby in her cell phone to wake up the guests from 8.30 AM and if necessary knock the door at 9.45 AM to remind them if we need a room service today or if we have 15 minutes to check out.

Nice little b&b.
Stayed for a couple nights. Excellently located to visit the vactican and castle. Very close to a metro station so very easy to get to. Very quiet and relaxed rooms despite the central location. Do contact the owner with an arrival time before your stay though, we didn't realise this and it caused a little confusion. Owner was lovely and extremely helpful. Would definitely recommend for short couple breaks.

Nice quiet courtyard but very small room.
We have been to many b&b's in Italy and others in Rome. This is by far the tightest room and bathroom we have had. The location is good if you want to be near the Vatican. Breakfast is pre-packaged cookies and cakes and a small espresso machine. The window looks out to a quiet residential courtyard. Three dangerous steps up to the bathroom and you must take great care when you leave.

Great value for location and hospitality!
Quo Vadis was extremely close to the Vatican and a 5minute walk to the metro. Francesca and Pasquale were great. They gave us lots of information and were very helpful. They do offer hotel transportation. We couldn't take advantage of it due to a delayed flight, but they were waiting for us in the middle of the night to make sure we arrived and got settled.

Good location and personal service
If you want to stay 5 minutes from the Vatican and receive kind and good personal service this bed & breakfast is a good option. Since we arrived with an early morning flight it was very convenient for us with the early check-in time. You need to bring your own toiletries, and at least our room had the toilet and shower outside of the room, but we didn't need to share it with other guests.

The bed broke twice during one night.
The bed broke twice during one night. The coffee machine overflowed with water. The flimsy door to the toilet didn't close properly. Breakfast is really nothing to talk about. Otherwise, location is awesome, the courtyard is very charming, but I wouldn't recommend it to a friend. We loved Francesca the owner though :-) Next time we'll book a privet apartment with kitchen in Roma, it'll be cheaper.

Great location
We had a wonderful stay at Quo Vadis in Rome. The location was fantastic and felt very safe, only a 5 minute walk to the vatican, 25 minute walk to Piazza Novana and 5 minute walk to the metro station which was convenient for the Colosseum. The owner Francesca was very friendly and helpful with tickets & info. The only downside to the accommodation was that it was a little noisy. The main street outside was noisy but the bigger problem was with neighbouring rooms/bathrooms as the walls & doors were not very sound proof. Overall it was a very good place from which to explore the best of Rome in a short stay.
