Emily greeted us on arrival and was very helpful, the room was very clean and had a lovely shower room. The area was safe and we had a choice of restaurants after a long day of site seeing around the city. I would definitely stay at this guest house again.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions. We were greeted on arrival and given some instructions about the building and insight of Rome. It's located close to public transportation and walkable to nearby landmarks. Would recommend.

The location of this hotel is excellent. It is in a good neighborhood with many restaurants and cafes,supermarkets and shops, but less tourists. It’s walking distance to many attractions. However, The room is small and the elevator is super small and operates in a weird way. The biggest problem is the staff is not on site for most of the hours. Many things in the common areas are not fixed in a timely manner such as coffee machine.

Great hotel. From the outside it's not easy to find but once you do find it then the hotel is great. Perfect location for Vatican and public transport with metro/bus. The girl on reception was really friendly and helpful printing out some documents and giving travel advice. I'd definitely stay again
