Great place to stay as it is central location for main tourist sites and easy to walk to/from. Staff is extremely friendly. Only downside is it is literally right next to the Trevi Fountain so it is noisy late into the night. This is not the fault of the hotel, you just need to be prepared for crowds.

Nice, Clean hotel with great location

The hotel was very clean and the bathroom was very nice. There are lots of stairs even if you use the lift because there are stairs to access the lift and then stairs from the lift to the floor where the rooms are. The location was amazing beside the Trevi Fountain

Unbeatable Location

Glad I didn’t take all the negative reviews seriously. Great location and great service. Our room was clean and had great amenities like hot water kettle, espresso machine and hair dryer. We had a room that didn’t face the main/Trevi fountain street, so we did not hear loud noises from our room. Would stay again!
