We did enjoy the proximity of the Hotel to St Peter’s Basilica. We like the friendliness of staff specially Fabio at the registeation and Jamaica at the breakfast area. However the person you did helped us in our special Anniversary dinner has poor service, our food was served late and not in good condition:( and he is not very friendly at all.

Vue imprenable sur la place Saint Pierre, petit déjeuner impeccable, chambre très reposante. J’ai juste regretté que à 7:00 du matin une employée vienne ouvrir notre chambre sans même se soucier de notre intimité. À part cet incident tout a été parfait. J’y reviendrai.
