Huoneet siistit, hyvät sängyt. Rauhallinen alue. Huoneissa jääkaapit, mutta niitä ei voinut käyttää, koska eivät kylmentyneet millään konstilla. Keittiötilasss olisi voinut olla esim yksi kattila ja paistinpannu, vähän enemmän välineitä. (vain yksi iso lusikka, yksi leikkaamiseen soveltuva veitsi!)

Hyggelig liten bb. Verten forstod ikke særlig mye engelsk, men kommunikasjonen gikk likevel greit. Til informasjon var det meget lytt ut til gangen og til de andre rommene. Det var ikke frokost på stedet, men aluminiumsinnpakkede croissanter, brødskiver osv.

Modern and well appointed room in a Roman Palazzo

Very clean room on the fourth floor of a Beautiful Roman Palazzo in the university district. Short walk to Metro station . Waking distance to Piazza Bologna for restaurants, bars and shopping. Stayed only one night , but was very pleased with the accomdation.

Me ha encantado, volveré a repetir sin duda si tengo que volver a Roma. Lo único a mejorar es el cambio de sábanas. Debería de hacerse cada 2/3 noches, estuvimos 4 y no las cambiaron.

Great hotel close to public transportation

There was a bit of a learning/love curve but in the end it was a bice experience. The one proble was that shower didn’t drain very well and that cause the water to pool up a bit. Less then a five minute walk to the subway and there is a great cafe on your way to it. As you come out of the apartment turn right walk about 75 m and turn right. This will lead to the cafe and the subway.

Good time but could have been better

All in all it was satisfactory and Lauren the young girl was very nice and kept everything superb.The downside she could not speak English and it made it awkward to try and glean any information about the area or transportation.I understand this property is now not owned by Fabio. It would help if they formulated some sort of folder with information about dining out ,transport and things in general that would take some of the guesswork out.Breakfast was hit and miss the cafe used for breakfast was closed two mornings and only one of the days we were offered an alternative.finally beware of pickpocket gangs working the metro.

Great room, fantastic service and handy location

Very clean and well appointed room set in an apartment block. Excellent service from Fabio, the owner ,who was extremely helpful and attentive. It is a residential area with some good local bars and cafes and only a 5 minute walk to the metro and tram system and then a 10 minute ride to the Colosseum station. It isn't a conventional hotel (ie. no formal reception) but it will be my first choice when next in Rome for room quality, service and location.

Beskrivningen stämde inte

Enligt beskrivningen skulle gästerna få frukost i restaurangen mittemot men så var det inte. Det fanns juice i kylen och småbröd med vanilj inuti i plastförpackningar. En expressomaskin som vi inte kunde få igång. Ingen vanlig kaffekokare. Alla restaurangerna var stängda på förmiddagen eftersom det var söndag.

Easy and comfortable

They are very helpful and friendly. Everything is within 20-30 min walk. Breakfast isn't really breakfast, there is a slice of cake left in the kitchen for you. The walls are very thin, but all in all it's a easy and comfortable place.

Perfect 3 stars hotel!

We rented 2 rooms in this 3 stars hotel and were very satisfied. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and located in a quiet building. The air conditioning was working well and we had a fridge in the rooms. It was nice to get our morning coffee and breakfast in the nearby cafe. The building is close to the metro and a market.

Splendida sorpresa in questo mondo che offre un vasta gamma di offerte. Ottima struttura ricettiva situata in un palazzo signorile. E' evidente che l'appartamento è stato realizzato da poco con una attenzione nei particolari e nelle scelte dei componenti d'arredo, ottima anche la pulizia della camera e del bagno. La zona è molto tranquilla e potrebbe essere comoda per la vicinanza al policlinico Umberto I e comunque ben collegata dai mezzi di trasporto pubblici. Non da meno la cortesia dello staff non che del gestore il quale sin da subito si è reso disponibile e veloce nei momenti in cui l ho contattato. Ottima soluzione che consiglierei a chiunque avesse intenzione di recarsi a Roma.
