La habitación que me fué asignada fué inferior a la que había bookeado, ya que la habitación triple no estaba disponible. Al llamar por telefono me dijeron que la habían vendido a otras personas, después al llegar al sitio se me asignó la doble y como excusa dijeron que estaba arreglando el baño. También se me ofreció la posibilidad de anular la reserva el mismo día cuando llegamos a las 21 30, lo que por supuesto me habría dejado en la calle. Al final acepté la habitación doble ya que no tenía ningún otro sitio para dormir y me descontaron 10 euros. Eso sí por late check in tuve que darle a un hombre 20 euros en efectivo. Muy mal la verdad, lleven cuidado si han decidido coger este sitio.

There is no shuttle service provided by the hotel as it was advertised on Hotel.com. I was not able to contact anyone prior to my arrival to the Hotel. Unfortunately my flight was delayed. So I was trying to inform the hotel but no one was reachable via phone, texts, and email. When I arrived to the Hotel the time was around 9 PM. After several attempts I was able to get a message by WhatsApp. But I was asked to pay 15 Euro extra to pay for checking in late. It looks like they only make contact using Whatsapp application.

Nice view. Overall nice and clean. Feel at home not a typical hotel. Only problem is to find out the properry for a foreigner not knowing Rome house number system. It took us one hour to reach the property though we are standing in front of the building. Signage for the hotel from road is an issue.

Não é um hotel

Não é um hotel! Trata-se de uma improvisação. É um apartamento em um prédio antigo. O elevador é lento e só tem capacidade pra 1 pessoa e uma mala por vez. Era insuportável dormir à noite por causa do ruído interno do ar condicionado e externo dos demais aparelhos dos outros quartos, que ficam todos na pseudo varanda. Reclamamos, mas, segundo o Sr. Sandro que nos atendia na recepção, não havia o que fazer. A solução encontrada foi desligar nosso aparelho, apesar do frio, e colocar tampões nos ouvidos por causa do ruído externo. Não há café da manhã, nem se você quiser pagar. As únicas coisas boas foram o serviço de quarto e a localização. O banheiro era minúsculo e o exaustor fazia tanto barulho que para usá-lo de madrugada tínhamos que ir de luz apagada.

We were very pleased with our stay. The location was perfect, minutes walk to St. Peter's Basilica, Museum, Metro and lots of places to eat and shop all around. Airport shuttle was on time waiting for us on arrival. We orginally booked for 3 people but at last minute it was only 2 of us which worked better since the room may get a bit crowded for more than 2 people, otherwise it was great! The price for the location is also reasonable. Would definitely stay again.

Sono stata nella camera piazza Navona, con un favoloso panorama di piazza risorgimento e cupola di San Pietro. La camera offre molti comfort bagno con doccia, sanitari, specchio, phon, shampoo, bagnoschiuma e creme. Letto matrimoniale comodissimo cn tantissimi cuscini, poltrona, televisione, scrivania e armadio. Condizionatore e termosifoni. Il posto in cui è situata è ottimo, si raggiunge facilmente qualsiasi posto in centro e ci si può spostare tranquillamente con il tram. Lo staff è molto gentile e a modo. Ho conosciuto un solo membro dello staff ed è stato davvero simpaticissimo e gentile, sanno come farti sentire a casa.

숙소에 미리 도착시간을 연락하라고 해서 메일을 보냈는데, 답장이 없어서 조금 답답했지만 체크인 시간보다 조금 일찍 갔는데 직원이 있었고, 방도 내주어 무사히 체크인 했습니다. 숙소 주소에 있는 집에 가서 1층에서 부저를 눌르면 스피커로 뭔가 말하는데, 주위도 시끄럽고 음질도 안 좋아서 알아듣기 어렵지만 예약했다고 하니 현관문을 열어주었습니다. 1층에 문이 하나 더 있는데 마침 나오는 사람이 있어서 들어가서 7층에 가서 숙소 이름이 적인 문으로 들어가서 또 하나의 현관문을 열고 직원을 만났습니다. 직원이 하는 영어는 조금 알아듣기 어렵지만, 친절하려고 노력하는 것으로 생각됩니다. 체크아웃하고 짐을 맡아주는데, 가방을 찿으러 갈떄 임시 현관 열쇠로 문을 열고 들어가서 가방을 찾았습니다. 오후 5시 경이었는데, 직원은 없었습니다. 숙소 앞이 택시 승강장이어서 항상 대기 하고 있는 택시가 있었습니다. 공항까지는 48유로라고 택시 문에 적혀있습니다. 나는 마이택시를 이용했습니다.

체크인이 불편했지만 좋았습니다.

처음에 체크인할 때 연락이 잘 되지 않아 불편했는데, 전화를 거니 바로 연결이 되어 무사히 숙박했습니다. 체크인 문제 외에는 무난한 시설과 전체적으로 편한 분위기로 있었습니다. 바티칸 일정이 있다면 정말 좋은 위치입니다.

Clean and good location

The location next to Saint peters basilica it was perfect. It was easy to check in and get in and out of the room and it was clean. The metro was around the corner and easy to get to. The elevator only carries two people at a time or one person and two pieces of luggage. Other than that it was should fine place to stay

Servicio solicitado de traslado al hotel no funciono dado que al esperar media hora en el aeropuerto y no llegar quien nos daría el servicio tomamos un taxi y aun así pidió cobrar parcialmente el servicio.
