Wonderful property basically at the Vatican. Luca in the front office was so kind and knowledgeable. The area is perfect for those wishing to see the Vatican or be in that area. The room was comfortable and clean.

Amazing. Very convenient to everything like food and mini market plus the vatican is 3 min walk. Restaurant in front and gelato store right next to it. The souvenir shops is very affordable. What else can you look for.

The room was good, althought it was not what i reserve as per the offerinng in Hotels.com, they moved us to another building, in a way better. The shower was very small and there was no waybto get warm water, either hot or freezing. No elevator. Perfect location.

Liked that the entrance to the hotel was a simple wood door, required a key at night. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Room had a step up into the bathroom. Hot water wasn't. Sockets for phone chargers have switches to turn them on. Telephone booth sized shower, what ive come to expect in Europe. Would happily rebook, location a few hundred yards from the Vatican.

This is pretty much as close as it gets to St. Peter's without living with the Pope himself at Casa Santa Marta. It's even closer than the Hotel Bramante which was recommended to me from a former Vatican insider, to give an idea of how close the Annex is to the entryway for Papal events. So advantageous is the location that my seats for Easter weekend were amazing. The place is run by two young women who are serious about the business and have never hesitated to check in on me to make sure I had what I needed. I even got an appreciative Chocolate Easter Egg! Bottomline is that it is really cool to stay inside a refurbished part of the ancient wall and lovely to be able to roll out of bed and roll into St Peter's with ease

Very close to the St Peter's Basilica.Very quiet area at night. Staff was helpful. Room was clean but very small. My husband and I could not walk around the room at the same time. No dresser for clothes. Also the free breakfast you have to walk 3-4 blocks away!

Our family had a wonderful stay! The annex suite was such a unique room, and the location was absolutely perfect for our Jubilee visit. Ciro was very responsive from the moment I booked, and Luca was equally attentive and helpful from the moment we arrived. He assisted us to our room and even shared some of the historical background of the place along the way. Throughout our stay, Luca responded promptly to any inquiries we had, which made everything so easy and enjoyable. I truly felt at home during the 10 days we stayed. The cleaning staff were also fantastic — especially Russell, who was always so friendly and accommodating. We’ll definitely recommend this place to friends and family visiting Rome, and we look forward to staying here again on our next trip!
