We know very good everyone of our staff and we blindly trust each one of them, something like that never happened before and in case you didn't see our Hotel is full of cameras everywhere. What you wrote is very serious and serious action will be taken about it because this is defamation against a person and also against our structure who has an image to take care of and we certainly won't let ourselves be defamed by a person who uses these stories of theft to get back the sum spent from some insurance company, or to get the cost of the room refunded by the platform used to book, why didn't you also write about your behavior demanding a late check-out, and when we said that it couldn’t be possible because the hotel was already fully booked you started to get angry saying "if I arrived at the hotel at 4pm, I can leave at 4pm, not at 11am” when the check-in and check-out rules are visible on every site.A lot of people left after the check-out luggages for even more than 7 days going to cruises or to other cities, all of them went home with everything they left here. Other people use to send luggages before the check-in day and we take care of every piece we have in the structure. The receptionist, the tattoed girl, even went above and beyond arranging you the taxi for the airport because it was holiday that day and Rome was very busy. She has a lot of good reviews that you can clearly read everywhere, and she said the comment about the gift just because of joke, our staff use to smile to our customers.Best Regards,The One Boutique Hotel & Spa’s Manager.
