"I got a lakeview room, and it was THE nicest view that I had in my entire stay in Switzerland. The room was spacious and very comfortable. I wish I'd spent more time at this location, as there is so much to see in the area. The restaurant only served non-alcoholic wine, which I thought was a bit strange."

"Nice clean and quiet hotel, not far from train. Free tourist card was great. Nobody pays for transit here, but we got checked by the transit police? How about checking your own people and leave the tourists alone. Lots of creepy people around train/bus station. Prices extremely high for what you get. Breakfast good. Staff good. "Good location , but on a very very noisy rail / bus thoroughfare right outside window , one night at 3am grinding the rail tracks for 1 hr for maintenance, hotel said not told that was going to happen . Room very dusty , dust & fluff on floors. Can’t leave windows / doors open due to smell of cigarette smoke coming through . Stuffy at night as needed to keep doors closed as you can’t sleep with outside noise on road till late hours and trams . Pillows way to soft msg as well sleep straight on mattress."
