"Can't beat it for the price! Spacious room.. a little outdated but spotless and comfy. Everything you need. Lovely views! The thing that really made it are the people. The staff in the paradise pool bar were the best! Nothing was ever a problem for them and you genuinely felt very welcome even when they were busy! Also the staff in the Romys bar upstairs and the entertainment staff were just fab. We only had one meal in Zacharys but the food was lovely! The hotel is located bit of a walk up the hill from the beach but it wasn't a problem for us. Taxi approx 5-6 euros from fanabe beach. The pool was freezing! But we were here end of November when the temps are lower than average. It would probably be quite refreshing in the summer months! Overall excellent! We will be back! "

"Our stay at Bahía del Duque was outstanding. We holiday in Tenerife every November and each year we have stayed in different hotels, the Bahía del Duque was by far the best that we have stayed at!! The staff are so friendly and go above and beyond. Our daughter, who is four years old, absolutely loved the kids club. Gemma who runs the club is so lovely and kind! Every hour there is a different, well thought out activity, from t-shirt painting; games; perfume making; bracelet making etc… We will certainly be returning…"

"During check in I found the reception staff very friendly, informed me of the facilities and a useful map layout of the appartments and facilities. And handed me my swimming pool towel My apartment was north facing, with a stunning view of the cliffs of the gigantes and ocean view and sunset views. And was away from the noise of the road and pavement near the carpark. A secluded but very private area with just a few apartments located along the side. The apartment to my surprise had a second floor, with a large single twin bed and bathroom shower area. The second floor had a second small bathroom without a shower and a small kitchen, large dining room and terrace with a beautiful ocean view, two sun loungers and table and chairs.. The kitchen had ever appliance needed, with complimentary water and tea and coffee. A water boiler,.own wifi router and TV with international channels. The whole apartment smelled and looked very clean, plenty of toilet rolls, towels, new washing liquid, sponge and wipe. Lidl is a 5 minute walk for all food essentials. I throughly enjoyed my stay here, and for the price was probably the cleanest and well equiped and spacious apartments I have stayed in. And will love to return back here. "
