There are no security issues at our premises. We live in a quiet and safe rural area. We are very lucky to be allowed direct access to the beach from our gardens and there are steps and a gate on to the beach. We do have a gate and a code into our car park and property and this is simply here to stop the public from using our car park to go to the beach not for any other reason. Thankfully we get excellent genuine reviews for our lovely clean apartments on not just this platform but across many. We don't offer incentives for reviews but unfortunately some guests expect it.

Jason at no point told you that you could stay later. Check out is very clear that it is 11am & he told you this. We had guests arriving for that apartment and it needed to be cleaned and prepared for their arrival. You could have packed your belongs into the car & left the key for the cleaner who arrived at 11 & who could not access the apartment. I tried calling your contact number and could not get hold of you. In the end the cleaner had to leave & returned after I called her to say you were gone On top of this you reversed your car into another guests van & were not going to stop accept that he seen you & went after you. This guest was very unhappy with the way you behaved at 10pm at night and my husband had to go resolve this problem. So overall we wouldn't want you to be a return guest as your behaviour was rude and inconsiderate.

We do request all guests to contact us prior to arrival to let us know their time arrival so that we can be available to check them in or to let them know our self check in procedure (we have key box) if we are not available. We don't have a reception desk as it is just myself & my husband who work at our business.

Thank you for your review. The area we live in is right on a beach and most of the homes around us are seaside chalets & some mobile homes that are used as people's holiday homes. Our locations is rustic and is not in a build up residential area.
